They keep saying Sid's 1996-97 run he was a heel, he was never a heel in that time. Maybe when he power bomb Jose's kid, that was hilarious, but he was a face or a least tweener in that run.

The crowd liked him, Sid was one of the original “cool heels”, but he was definitely positioned and meant to be a heel I always thought. Sid just had such raw, natural charisma that people always liked to watch him tear shit up.

Sid was definitely a heel or the tweeniest of Tweeners once he won the belt from Shawn. A huge dude hitting him with a camera? That move signified the heel turn.

nearly finished but it was a good one, the bio's are never poor imho....Carlito's was probably the weakest, amazes me they've not done a Mick Foley, Eddie Guerrero one but a Carlito one!

I thought it was a good episode this week, still find it hard to believe that Sid supposedly did not know that WM8 was a PPV, I mean he had been cutting promos for the event for weeks on end after Royal Rumble 92.

Really enjoyed hearing Conrad with the fan's perspective on Monsoon, he hit all the right notes about it. Bruce was just a wealth of stories and insights. A feel good episode even with its sad notes.

I had no idea that Joey Marella was not Gorilla's biological son. I actually thought that they looked alike.

I had no idea that Joey Marella was not Gorilla's biological son. I actually thought that they looked alike. Someone wrote about it in their book. Maybe Bret?

The Monsoon episode is great, I'm hoping for a great episode next week in ST Valentine's Day massacre In Your House

I didn’t know the Joey Marella stuff I never saw the resemblance but I’ve never seen Gorilla’s wife and Joey always looked like Mike Rotunda’s son.

I haven’t listened to the show for a few months, the endless memes and general smugness got really aggravating. Would like to listen again and those first 20 or so episodes are still fantastic. Any recommendations?
