That stunner out of nowhere from Mariposa. That made my night. Her voice not so much. Didn't seem to fit the character. But I am looking forward to more from her. I wonder if they'll revisit that stare she had with Matanza.

My jerkass internet decided to go out partway through and stay out for over three hours. I dug the four-ways so much, especially all the craziness in the first one. Vibora, holy crap. Luchasaurus indeed! Next week: the Battle of the Bulls final, Mundo vs. Sexy Star in the cage, and Drago's fate is revealed.

I think the plan for Daga before they had to write him off due to visa issues was for him to be lured into Kobra Moon's throne room and he would be turned into a serpent man like Pindar and Vibora under her control

Heh, PJ screwing Evans in the main event, Johnny threatening to fire anyone who loses...it's coming.
I have a feeling Matanza will be killed off, though maybe not right away. Then Again, Rey tried to warn DA Jr., but like his namesake mentor, he doesn't seem like he will listen.

Dragon Azteca knew that entering the Temple would mean he would die while DA Jr. seems to think he's bulletproof. Boy's gonna learn he can't step to Matanza. I can't wait.

About Dragon Azteca Sr. knowing he would die...he was apparently able to wander around the Temple for 7 full days before he was killed.

Unless the end of episode 38 of season 1 was a flashforward to a week in the future. One thought I had is that I bet Officer Reyes will wish soon that his lucha mask wasn't covered in spider-webs.

I missed last night's episode, but I saw a picture of the new lizard people on Facebook and couldn't help but laugh out loud. Mostly because I immediately recognized the big lizard dude (I don't really think it's supposed to be a secret outside since I checked his Twitter and he's already confirmed), and it's just funny seeing him supposed to be a scary dude. {Spoiler}Austin Matelson/Judas, formerly of NXT and a contestant on Big Brother 17. Certainly an intimidating look, but he was absolutely treated as the joke of the season. Fans hated him, everyone made fun of him, and he's the only person I can remember that ever cried and literally begged for his ally not to turn on him so that he wouldn't be away from a girl he met while doing the show. He didn't even care about winning, he just didn't want to be away from her (also he had a girlfriend back home while he was doing this.) Here he is crying in the diary room, most likely because he was a such a little wimp when it came to relationships and women. And the fact that when he wore his top hat he claimed it was a different person. He was universally mocked for this: He's also the dude who wrote the note that exposed Bill DeMott, so he deserves a lot of credit for that. He helped changed the way developmental is run. Contrary to all that, I actually liked him well enough and hope this leads to good things for him. The masks look a little dopey, but lizard people is actually a really smart move considering the lore surrounding that subject. Could be really cool. Plus he's a big dude that's really agile and into the more crossfit type stuff than building raw power and muscle. I think he's got a shot to be a player in LU.

I think it's going to work out in his favor that LU generally uses much smaller guys, even the ones they present as imposing monsters. (Start of Aztec Warfare III made me wonder if Dario'd been keeping Mundo away from Matanza because he'd kill Matanza's cred, what with obviously being like a head taller than him.) By WWE standards, he's another big guy, but compared to the trios champs, he looked inhumanly humongous. Helped make it an awesome debut.

He's pretty good friends with Mundo and they go to gymnastics and tumbling classes all the time.

Cool, thanks, I was wondering who the tall guy was, who played the other guy that ran in?

I wonder if they'll revisit that stare she had with Matanza. As someone who has followed Mariposa's career for years I have always hated seeing her try and cut a promo. It's the worst part about her as a performer. So I was actually pleasantly surprised by how good she sounded in that segment.
