Considering he'd literally NEVER wrestled before at the time they hired him, he's not the Dirt Worst.
But he's probably never putting on a technical clinic. Ever.

He's terrible I'm not saying i don't enjoy him i do but inside the ring it becomes blatantly obvious that he is bad his punches and stomps are dean abrose level of bad which is kind of most of what he does and everything else he does is sloppy at best so yeah i don't mind enzo in the ring as long as cass is throwing him around and corey graves shits all over it that is always funny to me

Not good at all but I don't care because I'm sick of in ring being the be and end all over everything. It's good that guys can still talk.

Like, for his experience level, he's actually not horrible and his physical charisma is off the charts. BUT, as a worker? Not good at all and realistically, he probably won't ever be that good.

Hogan proved you don't have to be a good wrestler to get over. All you need is a look, a catchphrase and a quick mouth. Enzo has all and could easily become a Hall of Famer midcarder.

While I don't disagree with you in certain respects, I find this a bit of a narrow-minded POV. I agree that in ring work should not be all someone is judged for, especially not in WWE, but being what amounts to complete trash in the ring, but still being able to talk isn't enough IMO. WWE is supposed to be the pinnacle of the business, and in that respect being strong in both should be requirements, not one or the other.

Ever. ehh baron corbin has spent the spent the same amount of time in developmental as enzo and he has gotten way better in the ring then enzo if you think corbin is bad in the ring then enzo is definitely worse

He's good in his role; somebody's gotta be That Herb. For example: Honky Tonk Man blew chunks all over every ring he stepped into, yet he is fondly remembered 30 years later. Enzo should improve over time just by showing up and doing his job.

Has he any kind of singles finisher? According to WWE 2k16 a top rope DDT. Yeah, it's called the DD-G.

I'll recylce an old answer to this questi *Including facial expressions and remembering to sell when on the offence which is becoming rareron.
He's one the best sellers on the roster*, his scrappy brawling style suits his gimmick, he can play off the crowd during a match, gets over his desperation for a tag, is capable of doing believable hope spots/near falls and is fiery when he's the one tagging in. Pretty much what you need for a tag-team wrestler. He's not as great when it comes to singles matches or even multi-team matches but I'm sure that'll come.
Plus unlike many wrestlers that seem to be considered better than him he's not one to take me out of the match and leave me wondering why he's doing something which is impressive given that he's often been a part of some contrived spots. YMMV if you don't like him being used as a missile but I think it suits them.

Best thing I can say about Enzo in the ring is he's a fantastic manager.

Hogan was actually a pretty good wrestler for his size and time period. He did less in when he wrestled in the US because he was a master of selling and psychology and didn't need to do a bunch of moves. Sure, Enzo doesn't need to do much bell to bell to be successful in his role either but Hogan gets a bad rap for what he could do in the ring. He's only a bad wrestler if you think more moves = good wrestling.

Enzo's wrestling style is basically "take a beating and then tag in Cass". He's got that down pretty good if you ask me.

So from what I'm gathering:
He can talk He can sell He can get people invested emotionally in his matches He maximizes his limited moveset He's charismatic as hell.
Basically, yeah, Enzo's a good wrestler.
