It got a movie version starring Cedric the Entertainer, it sucked.

I, for one, can't wait for the I Love Lucy reboot with Leslie Jones and John Leguizamo.

I'll be on the lookout for the I Love Lucy remake starring Lindsay Lohan, I guess.

Since whoever they cast is almost guaranteed to never be a match to Jackie Gleason and Art Carney on their worst day, I'm inclined to say this will fail in short order.

Isn't the premise basically both of Kevin James sitcoms?

I hope they work the angle where the guy is a lovable doofus and his wife is always the one who's always right. There's a pretty big lack of that in television sitcoms.

I would rather have someone show reruns of the original series. Is anyone doing that right now?
There is a major lack of Honeymooners, Dick Van Dyke Show, and I Love Lucy in my life.

Isn't the premise basically both of Kevin James sitcoms? Yeah, when I first read this the first thing that popped into my head was "isn't King of Queens basically a The Honeymooners reboot?". The biggest difference is Norton is the father-in-law instead of the neighbor.

What are they gonna do, make Ralph a caveman? I'd like to see them try!

Personally, I thought Lucy was LEAGUES better than the Honeymooners, and the Honeymooners was pretty funny as it is.

Yeah because it worked SO well last time.
NBC, CBS, and Sorry/Sony = the Axis of Unoriginality. Is it a wonder why ABC is still miles ahead in the sitcom department?
