I just texted my fiancee, that I'm in Hartford, home of where Rusev was in a cake. I'm so honored by that, lmao. I didn't know you got engaged! Congratulations!

How many chicken wings can the people of FAN stuff in their throat in one sitting?
I'm sorry it's not flat...
Ever since I was like 12+ years, I've probably made a bucket of 30 by default. And even that feels like a snack. That's probably the only food I eat without sides. It's a habit I wil probably never let go of (as I love it as much as pizza) ... ' even my yearly disgust of eating meat has never altered my way of enjoying delicious birds. Last October, I fried a lil' under hundred of 'em with my friend and I ate the most of the pile. This came to my mind, when I was thinking if my system is ruined by eating this stuff twice a week. I can say that nothing takes away my hunger for protein as a good juicy piece of chicken. Damn.

I’m two years sober today after coming close to killing myself in my late 20s. Dont see it as an accomplishment, just something I had to do, but I do think it’s important to personally own things from time to time so..*blows kazoo*

Alcohol addiction is the worst, and in some ways harder to quit than hard drugs. Unlike drug withdrawals, a person can actually die from alcohol withdrawals.

That was very present in my mind during and after. And I was drinking a lot, from waking up-to-going-to-sleep on a daily basis. I’m absolutely fine with being around it and admire people that can handle it with stride but it was time for my addictive-personality-ass to chill

It just hit me how much I yell alone and read stuff out loud when I'm home alone, ' just felt like I can't read without blabberin' with my mouth! I thought I was just dancing.

Is there anything blue cheese does not go with? I'm talking about edible food.

Playing Soul Caliber IV on my PC with a PS4 controller is a mess...much like this past weekend.

I'm really, really frustrated and have been since just after Christmas.
A "friend" of mine promised to check in on my cat while I was home for Christmas week. I come back to hear her down the hall and when I get into the apartment her water dish(es) are bone dry.
I message him and find out he stopped at the apartment exactly once during that week.
My cat is almost 19 years old and doesn't need that level of stress. Getting my key back from him this week.
I'm ready to just cut ties with him but he and I have worked together on an improv show for the last couple of years that I'm not sure I want to just drop along with him. I like the rest of the cast but he's mostly in charge of the shows.
Drop completely or at least work one more show to "bow out" so he can cook up a new plan?

Did he clearly understand and know how many times he was supposed to come over and what he was supposed to do each time he came over? It sounds like he didn't know. If he isn't a "cat person" and doesn't town a cat, he simply might not have known what needed to be done. Did you give him specific instructions like "Come over every two days and re-fill the water dishes and food dishes each time and clean out the litter box each time"? Because "check in on" is a pretty vague instruction. If you were crystal clear about what you expected and he didn't do it, then yeah he totally dropped the ball completely but you can and probably should still work with him even if you doing like him if it's for something you otherwise enjoy.

He's a cat owner himself - had three cats when I met him, has four now with his new S.O. And I asked him to try and get over to the house every other day and at least make sure there was food and water in place. The litter box I would take care of when I got back in town. The reservoir water thingy was full when I left on the 19th and was never refilled. I didn't say anything about the bowl in the bedroom but the reservoir in the kitchen should have been monitored. He notified me ahead of time he wouldn't be able to get over there on Christmas day proper and I was fine with that. But if he had been there on the 23rd as he said he was, he might have noticed the reservoir was low. That water dish is in the kitchen and less than ten feet from the sink, and would take maybe a minute to refill/top off. The kitchen is immediately to the right when you enter the apartment and the reservoir is in view from that side. I got back the afternoon of the 26th, So there's a chance that she had gone close to 48 hours without any water.

Ah, okay then yeah he screwed up really badly and is an idiot and you have every right to be upset with him. Work with him on whatever and keep that professional, but drop him as a friend and obviously find someone else to watch the cats.

Just woke up from a dream where me and a member of FAN drove a car (which was on fire) full of explosions, other cars and trucks were driving upstream! That was freakin' exciting!
