Has to be the Doomsday Device. Such a dangerous move not helped by the fact it was performed by two of the most useless careless wrestlers ever.
The Kudome Valentine always scares me too whenever Gregory Helms used to do it or Cheerleader Melissa. Melissa did it to Killshot this week on Lucha Underground on a standing chair and it looked like death.

Doomsday devices, vertebreakers and Burning Hammers all make me wince. Kobashi is greatness, but that move was...oof.
And yeah, a good brainbuster isn't a straight head spike. When properly hit it gives off that illusion, but the opponent is still being protected.

Came here to post the Doomsday Device as well. No one should be landing on their necks like that.

Also how did I forget the Ragoh? Yeah, that looks like the shit that I'd expect to happen in NOAH.

Speaking of Burning Hammer. I'm surprised noone else mention Kobashi other moves like the Orange Crush, Black Crush and Diamond Head. Diamond Head was so unsafe that he only uses it ones compare to the seven times he uses the Burning Hammer.

Way too many stupid moves that accomplish nothing visually but could easily inflict your partner with injuries.

As dangerous as the vertebreaker may be, that move had Shane Helms over and WWE taking it away hurt his WWE run.

Ember Moon's diving stunner looks like a botch and serious injury waiting to happen.

I remember thinking that the powerbomb/neckbreaker combo that Raven and Kanyon did on one of the Villanos looked brutal back in the day. Did Villano IV really get hurt from that? Also, I remember how Edge supposedly got hurt from Steve Blackman and Al Snow's version of the Sidewinder. I guess Billy and Bart Gunn did that move with a lot of ease and no botching had happened from it.

At least, that's what the WCW commentary team and Apter mags said at the time.

I'm actually surprised that Buff Bagwell was the only person Rick Steiner seriously hurt with the top-rope bulldog. That always looked like it was going to be trouble.

What's the name of that move that starts off looking like Samoa Joe's Muscle Buster, but it's more of a cross between a muscle buster and a neckbreaker? The wrestler holding the opponent jumps down into a sitout position driving the opponent'S head/neck into his shoulder. And there is no turnbuckle assist the wrestler starts it with a fisherman's suplex like set up.
Seen it the create a move set in past WWE THQ/2K games. Can't remember the name of it.

Elevated cradle neckbreaker, used by Kid Kash.

Also how did I forget the Ragoh? Forget unsafe, that's Byron Saxton levels of "WTF is that move even supposed to be?".

Yeah, the Steiners did not have one single, solitary f*** to give for the safety of the guys they worked with. I'm AMAZED they're as well regarded as they are, for as f***ing dangerous as they were.
