Because I see it quite often on here, would Arn and his Spinebuster from WM 18 count as a run in or interference? Wasn't the match No DQ? So he could legally interfere, so I'd chalk it up as a run-in.

The one I marked for the hardest was Jannetty running in out of the crowd after being gone for almost a year (this was also the first time I ever saw a crowd run-in), to finally get revenge on Shawn. When he grabbed the mirror, I was so wanting glass-for-glass revenge and Shawn to get it on the dome; he got Sherri instead.
Runner up goes to Warrior at Wrestlemania VIII for the Holy Shit factor.

Outside run-in interference during the Roddy Piper-Adrian Adonis hair versus hair match at Wrestlemania 3, led to the rise of Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, a very successful gimmick in its own right. Special mention to that one time when Arn Anderson dealt the spinebuster in WWE. I could watch that gif all night long.
