My family usually makes fried shrimp and lobster tails for Christmas. Not sure why. I think it's a half assed attempt to replicate the Feast of the Seven Fishes.

It's always the same big family gathering for Christmas and New Year, and there's definitely gonna be pork barbecue and baked macaroni on one or the other, or both. New Year has a greater chance of the cholesterol-filled lechon.

turkey ham roast potatoes brussel sprouts carrots le crandberry sauce and a gateau probably some other things too that i can't remember but i'm always stuffed at the end

Ham, green bean casserole, baked beans, mashed potatoes, potato salad, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, banana pudding, cheesecake and some cheap cookies my brother buys every year.
