Good. The guy who put this lawsuit together is the lowest of the low. This also applies to Vince McMahon, so maybe they'll both lose.

Concussion lawsuits are ridiculous anyway. If you get into wrestling, you have to be aware that injury is part of the risk. Do you really need someone to tell you that taking chairshots to the head is bad for your brain? Same applies to the NFL. Meatbags slamming into each other head first complaining about brain damage. No shit. Let me preface this by saying that I think this specific lawsuit is pure bogus created by an ambulance chaser in the hopes of making a quick buck through a settlement. That said, I think you're missing the point of the lawsuit (and other lawsuits like it [like the NFL one]). The thing they're alleging isn't that there are risks to performing (be it wrestling, football, etc.), it's that the parent company knew there were specific dangers associated with concussions and they hid that info in order to exploit their performers and knowingly put them in dangerous situations without regard to their safety. One doesn't exclude the other and one would hope that just because you're performing something dangerous, it doesn't mean that you're going to actively be exposed to unnecessary harm.

We're not that far off from a guy "getting his bell rung" announcers laughing about it, and the same guy being back on the field the next play. Or in hockey, how Eric Lindros was chastised by his owner and GM for not being able to play and come back from concussions.
