It's cool and all, but if there aren't the music videos, there's a massive chunk missing from what I liked about it.

There goes the best part then if the music isn't included.
I'm surprised Judge is letting this happen as he has a lot of contempt for a lot of the early episodes.
Still, that's not a bad deal due to the fact a lot of episodes were never reaired. I wonder how much censoring or editing is going to be on those?

Finally! I bought those Mike Judge collections like 10 years ago and most of my favorite episodes weren't even on them.
I imagine when it comes to the videos they will do what they did for that set, and get the rights to as many as they can but have them as a special feature instead of interspliced with the episodes.
Edit: A great point is made in the comments of the article: It wouldn't need to be 12 discs if the videos weren't on them.

Whose ass do I have to kiss to get a DVD release of only the videos? Because that's really all I want.

I get that Charlie Daniels likely has absolutely zero sense of humor for it, but I wish there was somewhere, anywhere, I could see Beavis and Butthead watching him and Johnny Cash in astonishment.

Maybe they sorted the rights out for some of the videos. Last year they showed the Halloween special with videos in it, so there is hope.

Without the videos, I am only interested in the first 2 seasons, when fire and destruction were still allowed.

Not interested unless there's music videos. It's just not the same without them. The music videos gave you something to chew on in-between their cheeky adventures.

I already got the full series,as uncut as it can get it seems,in the "king Turd" collection, but gonna buy this to support the show. Pretty much accepted that we are never gonna thru legal ways get the fully uncut with videos B&B series. But I will grab what they put out.

Without the videos, I am only interested in the first 2 seasons, when fire and destruction were still allowed. I also preferred the more "cartoonish" animation they had in those seasons. Come season 3 it became more "realistic" (well, as realistic as a show like that could get), and less wild facial expressions.

There was also an artistic purity to the first two seasons, where the later seasons felt more like a corporate product meant to sell merchandise.

While I enjoy the music videos, I never really got people who seem to enjoy only that part of B&BH.
Then again I feel the same with people who only like Oreos for the centre.
To me it's a package deal, baby. I want it all.

It seems it is just the volume sets bundled together. They have all the episodes with some music videos on separate disc. I still may get this since Amazon has it for 26 but I'm not sure yet.

I also think the master tapes are altered post-fire incident. So if they wanted the originals, they'd need to get bootlegs.
