Really looking forward to the games at Atlanta, Kansas and Dallas, but can anybody give me some sort of inspiration or compelling reasons to watch the Texans/Patriots game?

For who I believe will advance to Conference Championship weekend, I'll take:
- Atlanta 27, Seattle 24: I believe that a lot of the hype that the Seahawks are receiving entering this game is based on the reputations of both teams. The Pete Carroll-era Seahawks have a history of getting the job done in the postseason while the Matt Ryan-led Falcons are known for falling just short. But I think this year is different because Atlanta is better than Seattle. Seattle's defense hasn't been the same since losing Earl Thomas and you could tell that a better team last Saturday night would have made it a game at Qwest Field, if not outright won. Atlanta's offense this season has been historically good and while I don't expect Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, and co. to shred the Seahawks' secondary, Seattle is a long way from the Legion of Boom glory days.
- New England 34, Houston 17: I'm traditionally a worrywart when it comes to the Patriots and the playoffs but even I'm having a hard time envisioning the Patriots losing this game. It would take a cataclysmic amount of errors for New England to not come away with the win. The Patriots on every level are better than the Texans and as much as I like Houston's defense, even if they hold the Patriots under 30, I don't see how the inept Texans offense - which did everything in its power to keep the Connor Cook-led Raiders in the game last Saturday - can keep up.
- Green Bay 31, Dallas 20: I like Dallas' team this year but I think their defense is in for a rude awakening against a scalding-hot Aaron Rodgers. Which isn't to condemn Dallas' defense, it's just that Rodgers is on a whole different level than just about everyone else in the NFL right now. The Cowboys will be perennial contenders for years to come as long as they appropriately nurture Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott, but the Packers got a huge monkey off of their back with last Sunday's decisive win over the Giants and they're rolling. As it stands now, I think Green Bay would be my pick to represent the NFC in Super Bowl LI.
- Kansas City 23, Pittsburgh 21: This feels like a true matchup of homefield advantage. If the game were being played in Heinz Field, I probably would have taken the Steelers. Arrowhead Stadium can be daunting for any opposing team. If the game comes down to Alex Smith having to match points with Ben Roethlisberger, I'd expect the Steelers to take it, but I think the home crowd and Kansas City's tremendous defense should be able to stifle Roethlisberger, Le'Veon Bell, and Antonio Brown.

Normally I have the Steelers offense being able to beat KC's defense, but with this ice storm this weekend, who knows how the conditions will be by Sunday night.

A comedy of errors by Seattle. Why would you run it when you are backed up that far? Just air it out and throw it away if you have to.

Carroll was needlessly conservative there. You've got 3 timeouts & Russ can carve up that Falcons defense. Let him see if he can get something going before the half.

Whenever someone gets hurt, they always say: "You hate to see that happen".
Just once, I want someone to say: "Man, am I glad that happened to that guy".

The Seahawks really miss ET3 with how their defense are playing currently.

For those that care about pettiness, Future, the Atlanta based rapper that is the father of Cierra's kid, is on the Atlanta sideline. Amazing.

Whenever someone gets hurt, they always say: "You hate to see that happen". Just once, I want someone to say: "Man, am I glad that happened to that guy". Except whoever says that will be carved up like a turkey, like those Eagles fans who booed Michael Irvin's injury that one time.
