So many storylines with this one
The Patriots getting revenge for the last few years. I want Goodell to hand Brady the Lombardi so much The Steelers finally having there offense healthy enough for a legitimate Super Bowl run Matty Ice making a name for himself with a scary offense Aaron Rogers continuing to cement himself as an all time great.
At the end of the day people have been wanting a Patriots v Packers Super Bowl for years. A rematch from the Brett Farve days, two of the best in Brady vs Rogers. It writes itself.
I don't trust Matt Ryan enough to gets past Rogers on a roll. Ryan make one mistake and it's done. While the Steelers can walk into Foxboro and put up a fight, Pats are scary in postseason play. Hopefully the Texans games wakes them up a bit. That was an uninspired game and can't happen vs the Steelers
Patriots over Packers in the end 38 to 35. Brady and co get number 5.

Brady won the trial. The NFL appealed and made it about them. The last thing I want is the de-rail this thread with the stupidest scandal in NFL history. I may be bias and will admit it all day. But I want to see Roger Goodell's face as he hands Tom Brady the Lombardi. This is a revenge story for two years of stupidity. You can have a different opinion, this is mine.

Falcons/Steelers GB/NE is my nightmare SB Same here, I actually told my girlfriend I might let her pick a lifetime movie to watch if that is the SuperBowl match up. I don't really like the Steelers either, but I would take them in a heartbeat over either of those teams. I am definitely rooting for Atlanta to win the whole thing and at least freaking get there so I have to someone to cheer.

We are going to have to hear over and over again about Deflategate if the Pats get to the Superbowl, which most likely will happen. While I can't stand the Patriots and you are clearly a fan, I certainly agree the subject was ridiculous and completely exhausted by the media.

Packers vs Pats would be a "7th Circle of Hell" scenario because of the announcing. We'd be into the 4th quarter before any name other than TOM BRADY HAVE MY BABIES or AARON BETTER-THAN-JESUS RODGERS gets mentioned.
listening to the radio this morning you'd have thought that Aaron threw the ball to himself to set up the fieldgoal that he then kicked.

At the beginning of the Playoffs I thought Atlanta would beat New England in the Superbowl, and I'm sticking to it.

I'm amazed at the amount of people who have the Packers winning. Everyone I talk to has the Pack. I know Rodgers is a god, but have people watched the Falcons offense this year? And they're at home. And no Lacy and likely no Jordy. I think if the Packers were the ones at home with an unstoppable offense, I can't imagine this many people being against them. It'z not just their passing offense, the Falcons are very good at running the ball as well. I got Atlanta 31-20.
I think Pittsburgh controls TOP and eeks out a close one 28-24 or so.

I agree about the Falcons and Packers. The Packers really don't have a running game, even when Lacy was healthy they never used a run heavy offense and the Falcons have 2 top notch running backs, who could start almost anywhere in Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman. Their offense has been ridiculous this year and the Packers really don't have a strong secondary. I think the only reason many are picking the Packers are due to the fact that Matt Ryan and the Falcons don't have a good postseason record. I will go 34-31 Falcons in a complete shootout. As far as the Steelers and Pats, odds are definitely in the Pats favor. The Steelers offense completely relies on the success of Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown, even though they are IMO the two best players in the league at their position. The question is, can Belichick find a way to slow both of them down or does he just pick one? We have seen the Steelers offense stopped several times in this season, where I can only think of one game for the Patriots. Also, the Patriots allowed the least amount of points in the league this year and 8th least yards, their defense is no joke. At this point, I think the Pats will win in a grinder, 24-17. I do think the Steelers have a chance, but they have to be able to play their style of offense and be able to get pressure on Brady. Easier said than done.

Harrison and Dupree are playing really well though, so they do have the threat of a pass rush. I think coverage is more important, though. Brady has a quick release and they run very short routes. But Houston got some good pressure on him nonetheless.

But Houston got some good pressure on him nonetheless. If you can get pressure on Brady, then the Patriots are beatable. But it's a tough job for the reasons you said. The question is do you go for the pass rush and potential hurt coverage? If the Steelers do, they better make sure it works. However, I think Tomlin goes in with the right plan, he knows the Patriots pretty well, it's more of a question of execution. Also, as you said Harrison/Dupree and really the whole Steelers unit are playing some great defense right now, which is why I don't see the Pats tearing them apart and scoring 30+ points in this game.
