Barry Allen's never happy with how his own life script goes and rewrites it all the time Flash continuously going back in time to change his own movie would probably be the best comic book movie of all time. And at the end he would say "TAKE THAT DEADPOOL!"

Joby Harold produced Edge of Tomorrow, which was pretty enjoyable. He also wrote and directed Awake (2007), I never saw that but the critics tore that to bits. So this could go either way. But yeah, at least there's still the show. As convoluted as the time travel stories get, there's a lot of warmth in the CW Flash. Yeah, about Awake; who thought 80 minutes of Hayden Christensen mentally screaming with a hasty murder ploy was a good idea? Poor Younglings...

I know that making films, superhero or otherwise, isn't exactly easy-peasey, but at this point, after this many superhero films, a lot of the groundwork has got to be there.

They had a ton of groundwork set up. The problem was that groundwork sucked. So now they basically have to start rebuilding from the ground up.

You know, I realize this is a thread about how badly DC is f***ing up their cinematic universe, but what I took away from that report was that {Spoiler}{Spoiler} Miller is confirmed for Fantastic Beasts 2. Which wouldn't be that odd, except that his character supposedly died in the first one. Which means he's either showing up in flashbacks, or he's not dead.

The DCEU is the epitome of building a house on the sand.
