Disappointed to not see Marty Scurll on there and hopefully they get some more names from NJPW.

Most of the ROH guys (bar Dijak, Castle, Young, Martinez and Delirious) already tour with New Japan regularly already. Just goes to show how much talent they've lost in the past year.

New Japan will also be holding a special anniversary show for Togi Makabe next Tuesday at Korakuen, celebrating 20 years as a competitor.

Disappointed to not see Marty Scurll on there and hopefully they get some more names from NJPW. Scrull doesn't wrestle for New Japan nor a prospective candidate for a gig so he is left off the shows. What surprises me is Jay Lethal not being on the announced talent for the shows. Guess his previous NJPW matches sour Gedo on him and they said leave him at home.

I understand most of these names, well all of them, have worked there before and/or are candidates for gigs there. But being the TV champion and already having worked with plenty of NJPW talent, you would think he would he be brought over for the shows. As far as Jay Lethal goes, yeah that is surprising, but his matches have been disappointing over there.

I'm glad Hangman Paige is gonna be there. NJPW shows are usually pretty long, and I need a nap break.

Marty may worked against previous NJPW talents but he didn't impress those who make the decisions. I seen it happen with Fantasticamania when some of the better CMLL talent are left off the shows because someone else struck the fancy of those making the picks.

That really sucks, because I think Scurll works a style that could get over in Japan. While I don't follow CMLL too closely, I remember people complaining about better talent being left off the show.

I wish they'd bring him over for a match with Ospreay, as I have yet to see those two have a bad match.

Yoshi Hashi will apparently get his title match against Adam Cole which he earned from pinning him back at New Year's Dash at Honor Rising.

The Makabe 20th anniversary show looks like the best of the bunch. I hope Great Bash Heel regain the titles. But man, the Honor Rising shows look like a trainwreck. Although War Machine vs Young Bucks should be a good match. Also, this shows how little I have really missed Bullet Club outside of the Elite.

I hope Great Bash Heel regain the titles. Well, it won't be in that show, since it's not for the titles, just a celebration of Makabe's in-ring debut (which makes sence, as the participants include his two longest tenured partners (Honma and Yano) and the guy who gave him most of his great matches (Ishii) and all of them were part of the Makabe-led GBH faction after they kicked Tenzan and Koshinaka to the curb).
