Have you ever become a fan of a show after the series had already concluded?
I just recently discovered the greatness that is Gravity Falls, and I wish I started watching the show sooner. It is so good.

If we count TV miniseries, I didn't watch Band of Brothers until 2010 or 2011.
I got to the Firefly party about 18 months ago.
Angel had been off the air for at least two years before I made an effort to actually watch more than an episode here and there.

In the era of Netflix and Hulu, most people typically find new shows every day.

Most to be honest.
The Walking Dead I started watching when season 4 was released. Game of Thrones just after last season. Stranger Things a few months after the series concluded. I think it's because I prefer to wait and see the reviews and reception at the end of the season rather than waste my time watching something which might end up been shit. Others like Game of Thrones I thought sounded boring until I caught a bit online and realised it looked great (and I loved it).

I binged on Walker, Texas Ranger years after it ended. Six years after to be exact.

Sons of Anarchy I did not really watch while it was on. Got into it after it concluded
Archer. I did not start watching that until like Season 4 as far as shows while it is going.

I'll pre-emptively add Breaking Bad to my list. I've only ever seen the "I am the one who knocks" scene, but it's impossible to dislike Bryan Cranston, right?

Most shows I watch at the time of, but Band of Brothers and Breaking Bad were two I watched years after their conclusion. Band of Brothers, I watched in 2011 or so, and Breaking Bad I just watched in its entirety last month.

One that comes to mind was Fraiser. I thought it was a bit hoity toity for me, then I caught it in syndication and it had become one of my favorite sitcoms. Another one was Father Ted. I just found out about it when I saw an ad for it when I upgraded my Young Ones collection from VHS to DVD in 2007. Saw it was on netflix to be sent out, got those DVDs and was hooked.

MacGyver, the original Richard Dean Anderson one. There's another one for my list. I bought the box sets on DVD after binge-watching SG-1. Turns out RDA's awesome in anything he's in.

Black Adder,It never aired on the local PBS. I had heard of it but only seen Rowan in Mr Bean and Thin Blue Line. Then in 2010 or 2011 I found for sale at the local library a dvd set of everything Black adder, was $3 IIRC.

I lit-rally just finished binging Parks and Rec. I always hated it because I thought it was an Office rip-off with Knope playing a poor man's Michael Scott. And while I still get a little of that, it was a great (arguably better) show. Swanson, Andy, April, and Jean Ralphio are all epic characters.
I never watched Community until late in the 3rd season, which is when many thought the show really fell off a cliff. But that became one of my favorite shows ever. It did so much with so little.

I finally watched Breaking Bad last year. There was so much hype over it when it was running and I just avoided it for whatever reason. I got around to checking it out expecting very little from it due to how many things are often overhyped and end up disappointing. It totally hooked me. One of the best shows I've ever seen. I'm big on good character development and there was no shortage of that for the entire run of the show. Excellent storytelling and great placement of suspense and tension that kept you watching for more. Such an easy enjoyable watch that pays off what it sets up. I can't recommend it enough.

Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones and The Big Bang Theory are the main ones for me. Once I got into them, though, I immersed myself in them and watched religiously and regularly. Good bless box sets and Firesticks.

When I was laid up with surgery last year I watched all of Gilligan's Island.
Granted I was high as a kite on Percocet and ectocooler when I was watching it, but that show was awesome.

I started watching Mr. Ed for a bit a few years ago. It counts. And while Alan Young was alive, so I feel.......better about that?

But it's shot the exact same way and Rashida Jones is in it, so they could have fooled me.
