Yeah and recently Meltzer said they weren't doing any more SCSA podcast because Steve would ask real questions as opposed to WWE's approved version of reality.

Stone Cold Podcast doesn't matter, we have the Steve Austin Show twice weekly anyways. JBL's show being no more is disappointing as hell though, those were very well put together.

Scrolling through his Twitter feed, looks like WWE will air the interview with Jimmy Hart and that will be the final show.
Damn shame, because I really enjoyed the series. JBL did a great job as an interviewer.

You can tell what a coward Vince is the way he behaved during the first podcast. Best WWE work Steve's done since WM19. Never forget the words of a liar caught red-handed.

I wonder if Legends was canned due to the more controversial stuff that was brought up.

It's a shame about Legends but the main thing I've learned since the launch of the network is today's fans for the most part don't care about wrestling history so a show devoted to that most likely isn't getting watched.
The Austin show was really hit and miss and I stick to what I said a few years ago that Austin should only interview the legends and Jericho should interview the current guys cause aside from Styles Austin's shows with current guys have been underwhelming.

I can live without the Austin show, while he had some good ones, the Paige and Ambrose episodes were a complete trainwreck. Considering it seemed like the purpose of the live Austin shows were heading in the direction of current stars, it's better someone else does those shows like Jericho. Very disappointed with JBL's Legends show getting cancelled, it was a really good show and he seemed to get the most out of his guests.

I know she was the guest because of the Hogan tape, since it was originally supposed to be Hogan, but they could have had somebody else on that, heck Miz should have been the one to fill in for Hogan. I would have loved to have seen an Austin Podcast with Miz as the guest.

I would have loved to have seen an Austin Podcast with Miz as the guest. Paige was slotted in because they wanted to cross promote Tough Enough, and she was the controversial judge of that season. But after the Vince and HHH interviews, there's no way she could have filled those shoes. Ambrose, on the other hand, was entertaining for all the wrong reasons. Ambrose trying to describe his upbringing while trying not to admit to every misdemeanor in the book, or going on record and stating that his disappointing Mania match was because Brock was mailing it and playing it safe so he could play MMA fighter in a few months was great.

It's a shame there will be no more JBL interviews with legends, I loved the one he did with Bruno. The Austin shows with the current roster though were very uncomfortable viewing. I don't know if Austin intimidated them or they were just so terrified of saying something that would get them into trouble, but a lot of them were tough to watch.

Instead we're getting Legends with Stone Cold and the JBL Podcast "I'll tell you something right now Jibble, you need to get some Alpha Brain so we can go hunt a damn buck on the ranch! You ever buy some of them Sherrie's Berries for Ms. Layfield?" "I LOVE DEM SHERRIES BERRIES STEVIE!"

So basically, no shows where real questions are asked and answered.

So either Legends with JBL was getting low viewing rates or someone high up didn't like how personal some of the shows got.

You can tell what a coward Vince is the way he behaved during the first podcast. Best WWE work Steve's done since WM19. Never forget the words of a liar caught red-handed. Yep. That podcast definitely justified my hatred for Vince McMahon. Dude's a snake in the grass/coward/liar/piece of shit/etc. Austin's podcast seemed to be the best when it was actually a guest he was interested in/a guest that wasn't afraid to answer questions. Paige and Dean were both really, really terrible guests. As bad as they were, I still enjoyed it and respected Austin because he wasn't afraid to go after them. I've only watched a couple of episodes of JBL's show, but I enjoyed it. The Network needs original programming like these two shows and less Holy Foley and Camp WWE. Hell, I'd even take another season of Legend's House at this point.
