Story I heard goes our userbase got creepy with her and scared her off. This is way before my time, that could just be rumor.

Either I remember Xavier Woods/Consequences Creed posting here a few times or it was a fever dream.
I think the dude responsible for Dust: An Elysian Tail posts here too. Not exactly world famous, but it was a solid, well-regarded indy game.

I'm think Max Landis is less know than LK. Internet has a pretty big viewing too And a bigger audience. It's strange how the internet has changed the fame game. Ordinarily the son of a notable Hollywood director who becomes a Hollywood screenwriter himself would absolutely be a more famous person than a guy who makes funny videos out of his home, but here we are. Landis also makes videos out of his home as well as is a comic book author, director and several other things to his credit and I'm assuming more people would have at least heard of him than LK. Also the original statement wasn't who was more famous... the original statement was "[Little Kuriboh] might be the closest to famous here." which again is flat out false.

I agree on both, I was merely commenting on how the fact that such a thing can even be debated is funny. LK's fame is more of a niche, while Landis is relatively mainstream despite not having anything close to the reputation of his father (I mean he has written a couple of major studio movies).
