What about Universal Champion Braun Strowman?

Harper no. He needs a lot more building up. I am glad he is getting chance due to storyline to show what he can do.
Strowman. After how hard they have built him yes. He still needs time though as this Roman feud is sort of a mock test for him

No to Harper and I think it's still too soon for Braun. I could buy him more than Harper, though.

Braun at least actually has a push and wins matches consistently.

If Harper is built up right, yes. And I feel like tonight could be the beginning of that
If he beats Styles clean next week, that's gonna go a long way. I don't think he'd win at Mania but there's always the possibility. I can buy Harper as a main event level talent, he just needs the build. Look at what Wyatt did in TWO DAYS to make him as credible as he is now... it's not that hard
As for Universal Champ Braun? Hell yeah, I'm behind that dude 100%

Yes to both, with the right build and presentation. They're talented enough.
I'd move both further away from their old Bray-minion looks before that happens, if they want them both to stand alone. The hairstyle change isn't really enough for Strowman; he's impressive as hell in the ring, but still looks like he belongs in the Wyatt Family. Harper should keep the wild hair and beard, but the gear should be different, maybe something more Brody-inspired.

Harper is the kind of guy a good secondary title would be perfect for.

Seriously JBL went from doing literally nothing to being champ in 6 weeks. Harper can easily do it.

Harper has the talent, he just needs the booking. Tonight was a step in the right direction.
Braun I easily could, though I'd rather they hold off for awhile longer.

There's a ton of great talent on Smackdown right now but with the right development I would buy Harper as WWE champ. I think Braun as Universal champ will happen and I will be surprised if it doesn't happen before Summerslam and I'm cool with that.

Needs time, but he could be an uber over babyface a la Kane. I can totally see him be scary and cool at the same time while doing a wide range of feuds and big matches.

Yes and yes.
Luke should be Kane to Bray's Taker, especially since we've seen stuff to indicate he, too, can use some of Bray's abilities, and Braun is getting to be one of the most credible guys in the company.

Harper not yet. He's spent too long as a borderline jobber for the Wyatts. Given a good push and a number of big wins then yeah. He needs to beat AJ clean, steamroll Kane and beat a few other lower card guys to get a bit of a winning streak going first.

Yep.
If both of them got the belts at Summerslam I'd buy it. Neither of them need it now but give them some further building and we'll be good.

They need another year. Harper is more ready because of his experience, but needs alot more convincing wins. Braun needs more experience

Harper being in a world title match at Wrestlemania feels wrong. He's not there yet. Especially since the two best guys on Smackdown are reduced to midcard filler matches. I mean, hell, remember how much of a panic mode they were in last year without Cena, now they have him and are shoving him into a meaningless mixed tag with Miz, who, even more so than Cena, deserves better. And AJ looks to be fighting Shane, which, to be fair, should be a lot of fun, but still, Styles, Miz, Cena and even Ambrose are basically stuck in purgatory while LUKE HARPER IS IN A MAIN EVENT OF WRESTLEMANIA? God, please let something different happen.

You should theoretically be able to build anyone to world champion status.

Harper will be fine. He needs to beat Ziggler and Corbin clean, maybe AJ. And when asked what has gotten in to him he just says "Bray was holding me back, his control over me made me weaker, now I am me for the first time in ages" which can also lead to a bit of a gear/look change as well. It really will not take much.
