I've been really into Come Sail Away lately and it kind of has me in the mood to find more songs like it in the regard of having a sudden unexpected turn at the end... and also to find more Styx songs since I've only really listened to a handful but like them a lot, but that's not really related.
Dunno if it's better or not to just leave the songs there unexplained or mention the twist going in so... Personal discretion I guess.

Husker Du's "Diane" has an extremely violent one in the first verse. You think it'd sunk with "hey little girl, wanna go for a ride?" but, nope, it'd only gotten started.

The Mayor of Candor Lied by Harry Chapin is pretty good. At 8.5 minutes, it's a bit of a journey.
And as pointed out on here by a different user, Low by Flo Rida being about a centaur.

Pretty sure the biggest plot twist in music is Lola.

"Dance With the Devil" by Immortal Technique. The infamous twist at the end of this song when you find out you've been listening to an Immortal Technique song that whole time!

"Sail Away," you say?
If you can't pick up on the subtext in the verses, the chorus reveals that Newman's narrator is attempting to convince people to become slaves in America. And speaking of Randy Newman (MAJOR language warning here):
Maybe not so much a plot twist as it as a "This is why you suck, too" moment, but at the third verse forward, it goes from being a typical "LOL southerners are dumb and racist" song to a "hey, smug, educated northerners, you guys can be just as bad, if not worse" song.
Randy Newman is really good at this, is what I'm trying to say.
