I vaguely remember a match in which a heel cheated to win , after the match - The referee was walking up the ramp , and saw how the heel won and decided to reverse his decision , and there was a title involved . I don't remember who was in this match , the referee , title , or show . Sorry for the vague question , just me going a little crazy with insomnia

You may be thinking of Orton vs. The Miz in a Tables match. Ref was down, Orton put Riley through a table, Miz then beat up Orton, moved Riley and put Orton over the broken table. Ref called for the bell and Miz won, then the ref saw the replay and restarted the match.

I swear that it happened in WCW as well. That they used instant replay to overturn the winner.

Also there was that one time at Extreme Rules 2013 where (during a Del Rio vs Swagger I Quit match) Zeb threw in the towel while Del Rio was in a submission and the ref thought it was Ricardo, so ended the match in Swagger's favour. Then Ricardo protested, another ref came down to explain, then the original ref called for an instant replay on the timekeeper's TV, resulting in the match restarting.

Austin stunnered a bunch of refs and the last one who came in,who I think was like the 4th ref out there, just decided to disqualify him.

I swear that it happened in WCW as well. That they used instant replay to overturn the winner. We did have a taped episode of WCW Worldwide where this foreigner heel (first instinct is that it was Lord Steven Regal, but I don't think that was right) beat Sgt. Craig Pittman, and then after the bell rang, music hit, ref raised his hand, announcement was made of the winner and everything, Pittman rolled the heel up and the ref counted 3 without skipping a beat and "reversed" the decision on that, and the announcers played it up as "[the heel] should've known that could happen. You can't relax." That was one of the first wrestling shows I watched as a kid, and I went YEARS AND YEARS wondering why no other professional wrestler did that. I'm gonna have to find that match now, because I wanna see that again.

Also happened in 1994 during a Lumberjack match between Bret & Owen Hart for the WWF Championship
At one point the ref got distracted and Jim Niedhart (Who was a lumberjack) entered the ring and attacked Bret, leading to Owen to get a pinfall victory... BUT after complaints by the face lumberjacks the ref decided to check the replay, seeing what happened he restarted the match.
Yes a day when Owen nearly became champion but if it wasn't for thos meddling baby faces.
The match was on a Coliseum video, one hosted by Ted Dibiase. Can't remember the name of it.
