[/quote]True but there's also that thing where Seths one of the top guys of the company, and Tom Phillips is literally the fourth man on commentary... so I guess it all factors in on how much they also value Phillips in his role, and how serious they think this is.

My only reason for thinking so is when youre the fourth man on a commentary booth that barely speaks I'm wondering how much regard WWE holds into you to keep you if you F*** up

I also just said "Staying on TV", that doesn't inherently mean getting fired, they could just move his job to offscreen if they see fit.
