"The Big Dog" always makes me laugh because my first thought is that line of t-shirts for husky children.

No love for that weird mid-2003 period of SmackDown! where Tazz was trying his damndest to get "The Man-ster" over for Brock Lesnar? Because... he's a man... who's also a monster... or something? I think my purpose in life is to make a horror movie titled "Man-ster!" *cough*

The Man that Gravity Forgot. That was Neville's nickname forever, even when he was Pac.

"The Pain" and "The Beast" for Lesnar. "The Big Valbowski" for Val Venis. "The Animal" for Batista. "King of Kings" has never really been accepted for HHH. I am a Triple H apologist but he almost literally gave himself Jesus as a nickname. Wow, Hunter. I always love when Stephanie goes on TV and recites all of HHH's nicknames in a row to get heat. Works every time.

Sting suddenly being a vigilante This one was the worst, because he didn't just get called The Vigilante once or twice a week to see how it went over. He got called it no less than four times in one show after never being called that his whole career. Talk about WWE forcing stuff on us, yeesh.

I'd swear there was an episode or two of Confidential (remember that?) when Brock debuted, where they were trying to call him the Vanilla Gorilla (or maybe it was the Vanilla Rhino, can't remember)

Didn't the Big Show briefly go under the name Paul 'The Great' Wight? Yeah, that was for that one match he had with Hogan in Memphis because USA network wouldn't let Jerry Lawler be filmed for Hogan Knows Best. ...what a random thing I just had to say.

"The Silverback" Mark Henry was hilarious really only in the hindsight of "Wait they didn't realize what they were saying?" "The Pain" and "The Beast" for Lesnar. "The Big Valbowski" for Val Venis. "The Animal" for Batista. "King of Kings" has never really been accepted for HHH. I am a Triple H apologist but he almost literally gave himself Jesus as a nickname. Wow, Hunter. No see it's actually worse than "gave himself Jesus as a nickname". He paid his favorite band, beloved metal pioneers Motorhead, to make a song that called him Jesus. That's on an entire level way above.

I not certain that "the Phenom" ever got over for Undertaker. "Dead Man" seems to be his main nickname over the years.

I don't know why I remember that rap.

I don't know why I remember that rap. No, what I'm remembering wasn't a rap. It was whoever was hosting Confidential at the time talking directly about Brock. I'm thinking this was in the week or two after his debut.

Around 2007, Cole would call Randy Orton "The Iceman" incessantly.
Also Jim Ross calling Undertaker "The Conscience of the WWE". That was around the time when Taker buried Bearer in concrete.

Around 2007, Cole would call Randy Orton "The Iceman" incessantly. And in late 2011/early 2012, he'd be saying that about The Miz.

"The Vigilante" Sting, definitely.
In the descriptions for their Youtube vids, WWE sometimes bills Steph as "The Billionaire Baroness".

"The Wicked Witch Of WWE". Makes "Five Feet Of Fury" actually look like it took a little thinking.
Mauro, just stop it.
