The buzzwords always drive me crazy, but I have never noticed "knocked off" until this thread.

2. "I was talkin' to ___ in the back and they said 'listen. I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to win matches'" You'd HATE Brian Stann's commentary then.

1. WWE Universe is the one that always bothered me the most. Just sounds so impersonal and false - when there was absolutely no reason to replace the term "fan". Fans can use the internet or be from all over the globe without needing to change what they are referred to as.
A heel referring to how much he hates the WWE Universe has so little impact as it completely removes you from the moment as it is such a corporate phrase that feels so out of place.
2. Universal title. Awful name that came as a direct result of the WWE Universe nonsense. Don't think the belt should exist full stop, but the name is so horrendous it is doomed to failure even without the mistakes behind its creation.
3. The word "bitch" as a death move. It only gets used sparingly, usually approaching mania season - but it never ceases to amaze me how the use of this word instantly renders any opponent in the debate powerless to respond.
4. Bizarro world. I would ageee with this when it is used in a context where fans (sorry the WWE Universe I should say) are reacting in a way that they react anywhere else, e.g Roman. It does have its place when more out of the ordinary things are happening - beach balls; odd chants etc - but frankly it is insulting to eveyones' intelligence to pretend certain reactions aren't commonplace. Add also to this category: "they are having fun" and/or "they are expressing themselves".
5. Rematch clause. Shouldn't exist, leads to protracted feuds when a rematch isn't necessary and is not used consistently.
Also bring back the use of "belt" and "gold", it really helps make the championship belt itself a prized possession rather than just a prop.

1. "Rolling"/"Rolls on", it just sounds stupid. 2. "Bizarro World"/"Having fun"/any other wording used to belittle fans for not "playing along" with the narrative. 3. Blanket ban on buzzword-style nicknames. This includes TJP. 4. "History" and other versions of the word, including "making history". If you have to point it out, it's not historic. 5. "Best for business" and other Authority buzzwords.

1) "Knocked off" popped in my head before I clicked the title. 2) "Championship Opportunity". Is "title match" that complicated? 3) "Controversial" as pertaining to a superstar. Roddy Piper was controversial because he said whatever he felt: racial/ethnic slurs, gay jokes, etc. People were legitimately pissed off at Roddy. John Cena and Roman Reigns are not even remotely in the same universe as him. 4) "They call him..." They...who? Who calls him that? His mother? His co-workers? The 1989 Denver Broncos? 5) "WrestleMania Moment".

"Exploded" is one I've just noticed is used a lot for announce table spots, was also used when Braun threw Reigns into the turnbuckle and it broke.

JBL needs to stop saying "ball game" because he calls it before the 3 count and never seems to get it wrong
