Now, I'm not talking about shows that are obviously connected. No CSI, CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, and CSI: Cyber. Or Cheers and Frasier. The connections there are obvious. I'm also not talking about fan crossovers, even if Ranma 1/2 and Sailor Moon being in the same universe makes perfect sense.
I'm talking about how, like, NCIS: Los Angeles (and by extension, NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans) shares a world with Hawaii Five-O, MacGuyver, and Scorpion. Yes, really. Or... okay, Bones and Sleepy Hollow, though that crossover was just weird. Are there any other ones that you didn't see coming?
I'll also accept vidya gaems.

On a slightly different tangent, there's the idea that the movie The Rock is set in the same universe as the James Bond movies, and that Sean Connery's "John Mason" is an old Bond.

Wings was set in the same universe as Cheers. Ally McBeal was set in the same universe as The Practice.

Friends, Mad About You and Seinfeld are in the same universe. There's also one with Everybody Loves Raymond, King of Queens and The Nanny.

The White Shadow and St. Elsewhere. One of the players on the Carver team was an orderly at the hospital.

I was going to say, Homicide and Law & Order have had a couple direct crossovers. And I think Homicide and St. Elsewhere share a character as well.

Simpsons, King of the Hill, X-Files, Family Guy, Cleveland Show, American Dad!, Futurama all exist in the same universe. Plus whatever else springs from St. Elsewhere because of that.

Eastenders and Doctor Who has to be up there.
(Of course that's only if you view Dimensions in Time as canon)

And I think Homicide and St. Elsewhere share a character as well. and St. Elsewhere had a crossover with Cheers, Frasier later had a crossover with Caroline In The City which also had a crossover with Friends (then Mad About You, and Seinfeld can be included) , so thanks to Munch and St. Elsewhere that universe is quite big

There's several animated shows that do this. Not only does Phineas and Ferb share a universe with Milo Murphy's Law, but Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers Assemble (and i suppose Guardians of the Galaxy as well) are also in there, same with Jessie via a crossover with Ultimate Spider-Man. Of course, a lot of the 80s Hasbro shows have been confirmed by the writers to share the same universe (GI Joe, Transformers, Jem, Inhumanoids, and C.O.P.S.). Hasnt it been implied that Gravity Falls and Rick and Morty share a universe (of course, that will likely never be confirmed due to not only being on two different networks, but aimed at different audiences)?

There have been crossovers in the past. It seemed that "Walker, Texas Ranger" was in the same universe as "Martial Law." The same could be said about "The District" and "The Agency."
