How long until he does something stupid that puts him right back in prison?

How long until he does something stupid that puts him right back in prison? Less than a year.

While the 33-year sentence for the Las Vegas robbery was a bit trumped up, I don't think for a second that he should have been granted parole because he showed zero remorse during the hearing. He was still playing the goofy, affable O.J. character that charmed the pants off of everyone in the 1970s and 1980s, so they'd look the other way while he mercilessly beat his wife. And I think when he is released, he'll revert back to the reality show hawking D-list celebrity that he was in the early 2000s.
He seems to have learned nothing from his time in jail and the massive break he caught with the 1995 murder trial. I just sensed zero remorse, shame, guilt, or apology during the hearing today.

Most people serve less than that for actual murder they're found guilty of.

So what's the odds OJ Simpson tries to get himself an Oscar statuette since he was the subject of an Academy Award winning documentary?

I felt like he shouldn't have went to jail for this charge anyway. He was taking stuff that was personal and dear to him back, he just did it the wrong way. If he called the cops and asked for assistance he probably wouldn't be sitting in jail

He's a narcissist. He only cares about himself, he doesn't think he can do wrong, he thinks he's above everybody else, and he doesn't give a shit about anybody else.

Best part was his lawyer nudging him to get him to actually shut up before he completely screwed himself. Shit excuse for a human being.

He's the new Buddah Khan, as those of us at the 6:05 think.
"I'm sorry that happened."

Yeah, he doesn't really need to be remorseful in that most people who catch a robbery charge would have just been out by now, not having to deal with parole. I get that he's a shithead. I get that he's likely to get into trouble again. But this is the system. He's not the first guy to cheat the system. It's hard to keep him in jail as some sort of karma.

Now maybe he can finally catch the real killers! Adult Swim can change Mike Tyson Mysteries to O.J Simpson Mysteries.

I felt like he shouldn't have went to jail for this charge anyway. He was taking stuff that was personal and dear to him back, he just did it the wrong way. If he called the cops and asked for assistance he probably wouldn't be sitting in jail Actually, if he called the cops and said "I want my stuff back" they'd point to the judgement against him that said the stuff wasn't his anymore and was sold to pay off the settlement. Hiring guys to go rob some dude, then going yourself and turning into, essentially, "GIve me that stuff, or you're not leaving here" takes it from "Wow, damn dude, all your stuff is gone" to "You're a sociopath". Taking the original case out, if I get sued, and I lose my house, that sucks. However, if I show up to someone who bought the house two owners later, point a gun at them and say, "Sign the deed over to me, or you're not leaving", then it's not me being wronged and taking back what's mine, it's me saying "I don't care what the rules are, I want that and I'm taking it".
