Nah, I don't think the dude gets lost in the equation. If it's the right connection, respect breeds respect in kind. If you treat your woman (or man) well, they'll treat you well in return.

Which is really a good measuring stick to see if you're dating the right person for you. If you're treating your partner right and they're acting like Psycho-Wench or Captain Douchebag to you, you're probably with the wrong person.

When you get your advice from a supposed guide to get women, it's usually very bad advice.

But then I've never used one and still have never had a girlfriend (go figure).

Apparently women want whatever they don't have even if they are getting what the didn't get before. I treat my girlfriend like an absolute queen for three years, and she dumps me for some taco bell stoner and marries him within 5 months of dating even though she told me countless times how grateful she was to have me and that I "showed her what it was like to truly be loved" after many boyfriends that just abused her mentaly and physically. I'm especially pessimistic about women now even though I was the golden standard for all boyfriends at my high school. Girls stopped saying they wanted the "perfect guy" and just started saying "I need my Eric." (My first name just in case that was lost on anybody) Now I can't even get someone to notice me because apparently they're all looking for club hopping pretty boys or drunken "manly" men that just drive trucks real fast and are quicker with their firsts than with their wit. Of course I'm in a bad mood right now but the old saying "Nice guys finish last" seems truer and truer every day.
