But if it were someone who Vince wanted to sleep with, it'd be fine.
Vince McMahon is and always will be a bad person well past his prime, whether this report is true or not. He shouldn't be around WWE anymore.

Wasn't it more, like, Cena's fault?

Clearly this means Nak will get a 6 month long title reign where he'll beat everyone on the roster.

I always thought this was a Styles Clash sort of botch where if it goes wrong, it's because the person taking it bumped incorrectly. The point of the high angle in the backdrop is so the victim can fully rotate to land on his stomach but it looked like Cena thought it was just a regular back body drop, but the high angle made him land hard on his neck. At the same time, perhaps Nakamura has more to do with the move than it looks and maybe he didn't get the right height or rotation on it... I dunno, I'm not a wrestler and don't know the exact mechanics of the move but it does seem like the responsibility to land correctly falls more on the victim than Nakamura.
Cue: If it was Roman Reigns you'd definitely say it was Reigns' fault. True... I like Nakamura and want to defend him. But the fact remains, I don't think blame is to be all on Nakamura.

Wasn't it more, like, Cena's fault? Not it was Nak fault mostly. Besides that sure Vince could be upset but that's not stopping his push so it's meh

One the one hand, I don't buy it since Nak was pretty much blameless and it was on Cena for trying to take the spot like a standard back suplex.
On the other hand, Vince isn't exactly a reasonable man, and Cena could break his leg climbing out of the ring after a match and Vince would likely pin it on the guy laying in the middle of the ring.

Besides that sure Vince could be upset but that's not stopping his push so it's meh It's definitely a two to tango kind of thing - Cena should have probably pushed off a little harder and Nak maybe should have tried to lift a little harder. Frankly, if there was even a concern to begin with about Cena getting over the top than they should have just done something else to set it up.

It was a mistake, it happens. But while I understand that Cena's still a name, he's around less and less and with the Bumblebee Movie and his Wedding coming up that's even more of a given. I would say if WWE is still desperately reliant on Cena, they need to stat investing in stars like Nak and more to start making them names. Because John's time is running slim. That being said on the whole suplex front, yeah it was on Nak, and also a bit on Cena for not really taking it well but as I said before, Cena's not a flippy person and he has a documented weird back arch. It happens, but Nakamura really doesnt screw up that often or that badly, but it happens to the best. I'd say if anything, modify that Suplex a bit, or do a different version of it for bigger guys, I dunno. I'm sure if Enzo gets in Vince's line of sight he'll forget all about his anger towards Nak

Frankly, if there was even a concern to begin with about Cena getting over the top than they should have just done something else to set it up. That's why I said mostly. It's no secret Nak's shoulders are shit so while Cena could have assisted Nak more in the full rotation it's up to Nak himself to say flip all the way through or "help me" so you flip all the way through. Should Cena know about Nak shoulders sure but communication is the biggest thing at fault here Also to point out since some people might skip the OP it said he was mostly mad at Nak in defense of Cena which there is nothing wrong with that. Nak is not on "thin ice" but it's basically a learned lesson of almost hurting a legend

This was a man who almost wanted to fire a guy for touching him (unjustifying touched, don't get me wrong).
I can completely believe Vince has mood swings that would cause whiplash and broken necks.

Meh, it doesn't sound like he's holding a grudge about it or anything. I can understand why Vince would have a reaction like that in the moment. He probably got over it when he saw Cena was fine. It was a freak accident.

It was a freak accident. So basically, an uncharacteristically normal human reaction. People can get angry about accidents without necessarily following up on them by holding a grudge and sabotaging a career or something.
