His roid gut was on point Remember his match with Moose? It looked like a kaiju battle. I still laugh at how they had Moose team up with Mike and like 6 weeks later to have a match at BFG which is supposed to be TNA version of Mania Also yea this is for those who didn't know how swollen he got in TNA

Wtf is the Dirty Sheets podcast and why should I believe them? Doing some light googling, it seems like one of the guys who hosts it is the main WWE writer for Sportskeeda, which is one of the lower rung dirtsheets that has broken precisely zero credible stories. Most of what I've seen them post that aren't just Meltzer and Johnson scoops reposted tend to be really vague nonsense trash that isn't really unprovable but also doesn't really mean anything in the long run that people can observe. As usual, don't trust news that doesn't come from one of the at least sometimes reputable websites. Edit: Oh, I forgot: Yeah don't trust these guys

Yeah, much horseshit in this. Dude was kicking a pain pill addiction, so I doubt WWE gave much of a shit about him having some extra lbs.

As soon as I see that name I know it's a bunch of bullshit.

It's ass backwards to hypothetically have a world-class guy like Kenny Omega waste away in NXT for 6-12 months while they bring Mike Bennett in right away.

I really do want to join WWE in whatever capacity and sneeze in front of Vince just to see what would happen. In a world where Titus was going to be fired for grabbing Vince's hand, literally anything could get you into trouble there.

So send the guy to the PC for a week or two before his main roster debut. You have a supposedly world class facility specifically designed to train guys and get them in shape; stop making it a big deal when new guys aren't up to your standards. Or, y'know, start him in NXT. I just have a feeling Triple H was on a binge hiring spree and saw he worked in TNA, ROH, NJPW and saw Maria shaking her ass in Japan gifs & went "I think this guy is a high profile signing that internet smarks like. Awww f*** it I'm hiring anyone from TNA at the moment sure I'll hire him and put him on the main roster. Smarks will love me even more. Just note to self don't forget to take a selfie with me shaking his hand of course." Yeah I spoke to Hunter and this is what he said.

Meh. I was never all too keen on Mike Bennett, so I'm okay with him having the nuclear heats. The more I read about Mike Kanellis....the more I like him. Dude is the complete epitome of a Johnny Ace era OVW/FCW guy in terms of looks, physique, and wrestling ability but somehow manages to have a long established career in the indies for every major promotion. He then gets signed to the WWE without even meeting them in-person and spends two months on the couch and goes straight to the main roster. He really does have the most charmed life and he's the biggest anomaly in pro-wrestling. This is why I'm not into the guy all that much. Like you said, Dude is the epitome of a Johnny Ace era OVW/FCW guy. I think it's kind of ass backwards (if not hypocritical) for WWE to spend the last 3-4 years telling its audience that "People Like Them" were bad wrestlers and that they made a mistake signing them on in the first place, and then to turn around and hire a Person Like Them. And tbh, I actually enjoyed many of the actual OVW/FCW guys a lot more than Mike Bennett-Kanellis. Muhammad Hassan and Heidenreich had more entertainment value.

The fact that no one is reading the thread is sad. If you'd read what others have said, it's clear this source isn't worth the time of day.
Don't post low-quality sources just because you're in a rush to "scoop" other people. It's the quickest way to spread bullshit rumors and we should all be smarter than that.
