Monica and Phoebe from friends, but I think the writing of friends from the season after the vegas trip ruined a lot of the characters especially Phoebe/Monica, Phoebe was a quirky weird girl who they turned into a nasty weirdo and they turned Monica to a shrill loud, bully when they paired her with Chandler

As far as Arrow goes there have been times watching this where Thea Queen has made me want to throw objects at the TV {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}(refusing to sign the papers to save their fortune??). Ditto Laurel Lance {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}(bringing Sara back via the Lazarus Pits only for Sara to go on a rampage). As far as bad Trek characters go, Wesley Crusher is obvious. And I know Janeway gets a lot of hate, but for my money on Voyager the single worst and most horrible and annoying character in Trek lore has to be B'Elanna Torres. I've never heard anyone say they disliked B'Elanna Torres before, but then again I've also only watched maybe ten Voyager episodes. What did you dislike about her? Her entire character was constantly bitchy, constantly a drag, and generally had no real redeeming value. It seemed like after a point the writers simply gave up on her and she was barely featured outside of her marriage to Tom Paris. Consider that she went from Maquis rebel to Starfleet engineer in the span of basically ONE episode, and in fact at the beginning of that episode it began with her clawing the crap out of the original engineer of Voyager....and then Janeway promoted her! I think that's the great irony of Voyager. It was supposed to be the women's lib Star Trek show like "See, woman can be captains and engineers too!" and it has the worst written female characters of any Trek show.

Skye in the first series of Agents of Shield. A highly trained bunch of killers and technicians working for the elite secret service agency in the world are all made to look utterly stupid by a girl with a smartphone.
Karen Page in Daredevil. Annoying and puts other character's lives at risk so she can get her own way. I fear she's going to drag down the impending Punisher series.
Danny Rand in Iron Fist. If he's supposed to be a whining brat who can't see sense, then they've got the character spot on!
Neelix in Star Trek Voyager. Looked like a Troll pencil topper and constantly bitches about everything.

I could deal with Crusher and Torres. The Trek character I always wanted to see die in a warp core breach was Reg Barclay. It was amazing how many episodes revolves around his incompetence.

For at least half of Torchwood's total run, I actively rooted for Gwen Cooper's bloody demise.
So NCIS New Orleans had to replace fan favorite Meredith Brody last season, and bungled it badly by bringing in really abrasive/unlikeable replacement Tammy Gregorio and shilling her like she was Roman Reigns. They then proceeded to play the lesbian card with her seemingly for shock value and made things even worse. She's a big reason why I stopped watching.

Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto.
1. Dude abandons his friends to join the blatantly evil snake-man all so he can get revenge on his brother for killing their family.
2. Said brother reveals that said family was essentially the village police force, and that he killed their family to prevent them from staging a coup, and intentionally painted himself as a villain so Sasuke would kill him and redeem the family name. So what does Sasuke do? He decides to get revenge on the village, completely ignoring the message his dying brother tried to pass on to him. This is treated by the narrative as reasonable and not a tremendously douchey thing to do.
3. It's later revealed that the Uchihas have a tendency towards being evil because they actually are more filled with love than others, and that love has a tendency to turn into hate. Yep, Sasuke's a tool because he loves too hard.
4. After defeating the Big Bad along with Naruto, the guy the series is supposed to be about, Sasuke decides that now is a good time to try and kill Naruto. Yeah, no, challenge your best friend to a deathmatch after he just saved the world, that's cool. Dick.
5. Despite all of this, he is still welcomed back with open arms, and eventually marries Sakura. But wait, there's more! See, the aforementioned evil snake-man was a mad scientist and eugenicist, so Sasuke decides that he has to go and find all of snake-man's experiment lairs. So he abandons his wife, who finds out she's pregnant. Does he come back and rejoice that he's a father, being able to restore his clan and start anew? OF COURSE NOT! As shown by the flash-forward in the last chapter of the manga, as well as the spin-off series Boruto, Sarada (Sasuke and Sakura's daughter) has never actually met her father. So, in other words, he knocked up his wife and abandoned her and their child, with no attempts at contact for FOURTEEN F***ING YEARS! Again, none of this is treated as wrong, or even unusual.
Combine all of this with the fact that he has some of the most broken powers in the series, and I'd swear that Masashi Kishimoto wanted Sasuke to be the hero, but his editors strong-armed him into using Naruto.

Everybody on Iron Fist not named Colleen or Claire. Protagonists and antognista alike are all unsympathetic shits out to screw somebody over, while Danny whines and fails to grasp even the basics of common sense.

Skyler White could be annoying at times, but her reaction to everything going on seemed completely rational. Her husband with cancer became a goddamn drug kingpin and she was concerned about how safe she and her kids were. She had to protect her family from Walt who insisted that everything he did was to protect the family. He put them in danger, remember when Gus said he was gonna kill Walt's wife, son and infant daughter?
Now... for somebody from Breaking Bad who was REALLY annoying? Marie Schrader. My god, I hated that woman. She's stuck-up, always putting her nose in Skyler and Walt's business and won't ever shut the f*** up. She reminded me so much of my own bitch aunt.

Yeah, he was decent when they brought him back in the 5th season, but the end of the 3rd/4th season, though....ugh. That's nothing against the actor playing him, but he was just written as an annoyingly stupid character.

Gus Griswold from Recess
He contributed nothing to the group. TJ was leader, Vince the athlete, Spinelli the muscles, Mikey the heart, Gretchen the brains.
Gus was the weedy, annoying, useless tag along who turned on the team like 3 times in the series as soon as he got a bit of power or someone "cooler" started to take an interest in him.

For at least half of Torchwood's total run, I actively rooted for Gwen Cooper's bloody demise. I was amazed Children of Earth actually extracted any emotion outta its characters considering the first two seasons saw Torchwood populated with borderline sociopaths for protagonists. I look forward/dread what sorta havoc Chibnall's gonna unleash once he takes over the parent show a-proper.

Claire is an annoying stick in the mud in every Netflix Marvel show. I dislike her more than just about anyone in those series. Looking for a wet blanket? Summon the Night Nurse!

Literally the entire Big Bang Theory cast... They're so bad they make Kaley Cuoco hard to watch.
