To be honest I have... Not so much major doubts as a complete lack of faith in Black Adam.
I mean, I suppose it could work, but I can already pretty easily see him being Black Adam in-name-only since Rock doesn't really so much act, he just plays himself most of the time. Could be a good chance for him to stretch his wings a little, but I'm feeling it's a lot more likely this is basically going to be, "Jumanji but superheroes."

Went and saw it earlier today. Very funny, had a lot of heart. I had a good time!

Saw it last night, and thought it was a lot of fun. Anybody else thought they pushed the boundaries of Pg-13 in some parts? The head bite actually showed more than in Venom. The office scene in general. It wasn't gory or bloody though... which is what would push it more than just the act. Also apparently the {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Seven Deadly Sins were inspired by the Terror Dogs from Ghostbusters... and I can kinda see it Explains why I found them so creepy. There was something I couldn't put my finger on about it.

{Spoiler}My primary thoughts on the Seven Deadly Sins are...
1. I was never clear how exactly their powers work in relation to Sivana. The Batarang is enough to hurt him when he's down to just Envy at one point, yet for the climax he's fighting like he still has all of them. There's not really any consistency to it.
2. Gluttony aside I had no clue which was supposed to be which. Not that it matters since Gluttony and Envy are the only ones that really do anything related to their sin.
3. Seven Deadly Enemies of Man is a cooler name.
Yeah, I loved the movie but I didn't really like them.

The Half in The Bag Review. I like their take on this, and how it's a different type of light hearted compared to Marvel.

His eye was white at that point.

Wrath was the hulk dude.
Greed was the one with multiple hands that grabbed at everything.
Pride I believe was the big guy with wings that looked like the devil since the old story was Pride was Lucifer's sin
Only ones in not sure of was sloth and lust and I can't find any decent pictures online of the sins

Saw both Cpt. Marvel movies last night, and while I enjoyed both, I definitely prefered this one over Marvel's.

Topped the box office again this weekend, and has a good chance to pull it off again next weekend since no one's releasing anything major in the radius of Endgame coming out on the 26th. Glad to see such a fun movie doing well, hopefully DC and WB study its success in-depth as they move forward.

Sequel's officially in the works. Really eager for it, movie was a lot of fun. Feel like it's the kind of thing where the sequel's going to make way more money because this one came out at an awkward time and it's the kind of movie that's going to build a reputation on video.

It was my second viewing, and I loved it just as much this time around.

Saw it tonight, really liked it. I can definitely see how Black Adam would work as a prequel to this, set in ancient times.

Also, imagine if this, Aquaman, and Wonder Woman had been made BEFORE the half hearted attempt at Justice League, and Cavill and Affleck were still on board, and somebody who knew what they were doing pulling everything together. THAT I would have enjoyed seeing. Flash and Shazam together, Shazam and Superman, Aquaman and Wonder Woman actually having well rounded characters. Batman being more of a leader to the inexperienced members and not just a punching bag.
It could have been so much more...

So just saw this and man, what a damn fun movie. Not amazing but didn’t need to be.
Also, yeah, still marked for the twist but that’s also because I LOVED the idea in the comics. Sold me on the whole thing when I got Issue 1.
