I've also decided that unless these allegations are proven false, The Mangler will be the last induction to have the Kevin Spacey "Wrong" joke.

Once again, this has been known for years. Stuff like this just gets ignored because we want to pretend all celebrities are immortal. Just heard House of Cards has been cancelled. His career should be done now, no exceptions. And like 50 actors and film crew just lost their job because of this douchebag.

Corey Feldman has been talking Hollywood abuse for a long time and sort of gotten ignored
Is he becoming the Jose Canseco version of all this?

If you want the catharsis of seeing someone rip on him, check Sue Perkins' Twitter. She is currently going all in on him for choosing now to come out.
And believe me I'd be doing the same thing if it didn't mean typing a 3 page essay on my phone with a broken hand.

Spacey sure hasn't done himself any favors in his response to this.

Depending on phone you have there is ways to set up your keyboard for just one hand use

Kevin Spacey attempted to equate being gay with being a sexual predator of minors. It was a disgusting attempt to change the narrative.
What was just as shameful was media coverage of the story, leading with Spacey coming out and not the fact that he’s an alleged predator.

Corey Feldman has been talking Hollywood abuse for a long time and sort of gotten ignored Is he becoming the Jose Canseco version of all this? Some have pointed out something rather chilling. Take the stereotype of child stars becoming erratic and eccentric. Now think about how many of those people quite possibly were abused and taken advantage of. Not saying it's a 1 to 1, or that everyone abused reacts the same way, but it's troubling.

Yea, you already had Feldman claiming Haim never got his life together because they were both abused and a "Hollywood mogul" was to blame for his death You also have cases like Maculey Culkin and others. It's not one to one as you said but those that have been brushed aside for being "crazy" will now get listened to like Feldman. Of course you got to watch out for those looking for fame from this but things about to get blown open

I thought his deal was largely just that he got burned out as a kid due to his dad's management, and he just kinda does whatever because he's comfortably wealthy.

Well I was just throwing Culkin name out there as there was always that claim of Jackson molesting him(which is its own different story. Feldman has claimed Jackson never molested kids so there's that as well I say it to bring up this will spread across the whole entertainment industry and not just the "movie scene"

Disgusting.
Trying to deflect it by coming out in the hope it looks 'brave' is just sick.
Hollywood is truly a cesspool.

Hollywood is truly a cesspool. Yep.. and it's more than that. It's actors. As someone who's been acting since 5 years old, it attracts some of the worst people. Anyway...I like Spacey as an Actor but this was just bad form.

I can't wrap my head around why Spacey would add the fact he's gay in his message if he didn't intend for it to be a deflection. Was there not one person in his life, whether an agent or PR rep or even the pool boy, he could've consulted before crafting his response? It's incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and disheartening, both as a fan of Spacey's work and as someone who has had difficulty in the past dealing with certain thoughts and feelings. To see someone trivialize something so important as a "Hey, look over here!" gesture is really quite upsetting.

Sad thing it initially worked with some big credible news outlets only reporting Spacey has came out gay before redacting from the rightful backlash.

Yeah, Yahoo was actually where I first saw the story and reading his message, I was like "Wait... you're leaving something out here".

Won't comment on the veracity of the accusation, but agrees with everyone else that is the worse possible way to come out.
