KUSHIDA, Ospreay, and Aries
Really, I can't stand Itami or Enzo. I believe both have been overrated, and while the KENTA fans would disagree, he has been a bust since signing with WWE. Not to mention, he never had the personality to begin with. While Enzo, it's a shame his name is mentioned with the division.
Aries has a track record that speaks for itself and Ospreay is the next best thing, if anyone's ever watched his NJPW stuff.

Hideo Itami, The Hurricane & Will Osperay are my picks.
Hurricane really made a crappy gimmick work well & got it to heights no one expected.
Itami although has been dissapointing since signing for the WWE is great & I believe once he gets called up to the main Roster will show what he is capable of.
Osperay currently the IWGP Jr Heavyweight Champion & I think he will become one of the all time greats in years to come

If anyone doesn't know why Will Ospreay should go far... Check this video out. And I had to pick the most popular of his. If you're interested in more, there is PLENTY of stellar performances of Ospreay's when you type in "Will Ospreay full match"

Right so we have a tie for 3rd place between The Hurricane & Hideo Itami, What I am going to do is give the spot to the wrestler who achieved most Singles Championships in his career, No Tag Team Championships or tournament wins included, Therefore according to Wikipedia Hideo Itami Acheived 5 Singles Championships, The Hurricane Acheived 14... Therefore I am.
"Here are your winners... Austin Aries, Will Osperay & The Huuuricaaaane!"
