Lowest rating of the year last week

Last week's Thanksgiving Day edition of Impact Wrestling, featuring a Turkey Bowl 2017 main event, drew 169,000 viewers. This is down 38% from last week's 272,000 viewers. This is obviously the lowest viewership of the year but there's no reason to be concerned due to the holiday. Last year's Thanksgiving episode did a similar number, averaging 165,000 viewers, which was the least watched first-run episode in the show's history.

This episode ranked #99 on the Cable Top 150 after last week's show ranked #145.

These numbers were delayed due to Nielsen taking time off for Thanksgiving. College football on ESPN topped the night.

well it was mostly a clip show with the one turkey suit match from what I recall. didn't really look like they were expecting much from the show and boy did they get it!

Not surprised.It aired on a holiday and most people If they are watching TV that evening are watching football. TNA was smart to basically air a clip show.

Seriously. Imagine 169,000 people still having nothing better to do in their lives than watch Impact. No family to see for the holidays, no changing the channel to Night Court reruns, no getting blitzed on bath salts in the Walmart. 62% of Impact's audience tuned in for a holiday clip show. I f***ing have to know what an average Impact viewer's life is like.

i presume the 69,000 (nice) was actual genuine viewers. Then the other 100k was young children pressing random buttons on the remote at Thanksgiving get togethers landing on Pop and then leaving the room

Yea CBS and DISH couldn't come to agreement. So DISH lost Pop,CBSsports and another channel. No clue if it has been settled. I had to use other means to watch Impact last week.

Yea DISH usually settles fairly quick. Unlike Cable one who has went at least 7 years with no Viacom channels.

That was the episode where LAX beat up La Mierda when he wouldn't join and the main event was Franklin & La Mierda vs. Ortiz & Santana

Surprisingly, people either wanted to see La Mierda get his ass kicked as it was the first episode after the whole La Mierda-Paige airport incident occurred or they were wondering where they would go with LAX beating up Franklin in the rematch and claiming La Mierda was the newest member of LAX

It also blacked out the Cowboys Thanksgiving game in Dallas so I'd imagine the calls that night weren't the nicest for either side.
