Or league if you think its that big a difference in college or amateur
1) NHL 2) NFL 3) NBA 4)MLB
Even though I don't have a rooting interest I find NBA more interesting to watch as a neutral fan

First off, I'll watch pretty much any CFB game. If there is a full slate of MLB or NFL games on versus Miami (OH) against Southern Miss, I'll take the throwaway CFB game. CFB then NBA then NHL then MLB. I've lost so much interest in the NFL since it has turned into a total shitshow since Goodell took over. I also love hockey, but a neutral NBA game is easier to watch than a neutral NHL game. I'll watch a team I hate in the NBA over a team I hate in the NHL anyday.

For completely neutral teams?
1. NHL 2. NFL 3. NBA 4. MLB
There are some excetions, like MLB will jump up the list if there's a special moment in the works like a no hitter or perfect game or if it's the playoffs. And with how bad the NFL's been this season, NBA can easily switch places with it.

NBA NFL MLB
Those are equal for me in regards to I will watch them all year off and on and will be glued in all year
NHL is much more exciting to watch when playoffs start
CFB you can pick up and watch at anytime due to the upset factors of it
