I don’t see Pop taking the Spike or Destinstion America route of abandoning wrestling altogether. They’re a wasteland of a channel and will take whatever they can get (which is saying something considering we’re comparing it to Destination America).

Impact aren't exactly bringing in the ratings.
Not to mention they have a strange deal that is not like the other networks Impact was on.
I doubt another promotion would WANT to get on Pop.

Zero chance of them pursuing any promotion.

Even if it makes no sense, so many wrestling promoters love having TV. Even now plenty of indies waste money on local affiliates getting 4 AM slots no one watches. That’s pretty much what Paragon’s original deal with Pop was but on a larger level. This of course before they were most likely forced out by an exclusivity clause TNA insisted on after they learned a lesson from Destination America’s dealings with ROH (well as much as TNA can learn). With what is technically a “national” TV on the table and no shortage of money marks, even with it being a shitty barter deal, undesirable channel, and no advertising support someone will jump at what they perceive as a low hanging fruit. The company that sticks out in my mind is Corgan’s NWA.

Zero chance of them pursuing any promotion. It’s not a case of Pop pursuing promotions, it’s a case of promoters gravitating toward Pop like a mosquito into a porch light.

First off, I doubt Impact ends. We've been talking about their demise for the last 3-4 years. They're like a vampire. That being said, if the scenario did occur I don't think it's out of the question for Pop to have wrestling. Before they signed TNA they aired Paragon Pro Wrestling, granted it was at 6 int he morning but they still aired it. Plus they air a show called Cash Cowboys. Nothing's out of the question for that network.
