Look I have had this thread idea for awhile and ir may be all over the place, sorry lol.
I have never really watched TNA,but WWE needs real kick in the ass now more than ever.
So after all the TNA has done with name changes, creative, bad braning over the years etc...I think with the new favorable good looking hirings and new focus of not being WWE light anymore. I believe with this new block of tapings TNA needs to really change. They should rebrand one last time, seriously.
I just saw in a botchamania video that the main title is called the Impact Gobal Championship. So why not call the company IGW, Impact Global Wrestling?
Also go back to the traditional 4 sided ring. It's safer than the 6 sided ring. The 6 sided ring makes them look cheap, goofy and try hard, in hey we're differnt look at us! imo

Another rebrand would only hurt them further. They should focus on the 'Impact Wrestling' brand IMO.

Rebrands won't do anything. If you want competition for WWE, support your local indies, support bigger indies, support New Japan. TNA is a wash, and nothing is going to get them any attention. The time for that is long gone, and by now they're just spinning their wheels until Anthem decides they're in the hole deep enough to not want to keep going anymore. But there are companies right now that have been on the rise and gaining a lot of steam. Wish for them to grow instead.

YEp TNA/Impact/Global Force/whatever they call themselves next week is a dead brand. No one's bothered telling the ones responsible for it but it's got so much baggage behind it and negative connotations no one is ever going to take it seriously.

Most of the time I forget whatever the shit they are currently called anyway. Looking at how most people talk about the company... that's the majority of us.
Don't add yet another name that most people won't remember nor give a shit about into the mix.

Let me add. I agree they're dead, but since they seem to actually trying/if they really want to try with Callis and D'more, plus letting workers use and keep gimmicks as there own. They need real change. Cosmetic aka name, ring, look and writing/creative. It can't be the same shit we see every spoiler thread this next spoiler thread.
I hope that clears some things up from my original post.

Don't add yet another name that most people won't remember nor give a shit about into the mix. I've just kept calling them TNA out of a general refusal to dignify their twenty rebrands like it's not still the same company in a coat of paint. Ping-ponging around names due to the GFW fiasco this year only vindicates that sentiment, I think.

TNA was always such a shitty name that it reflects the company the best.

they have fans setting up the ring. I doubt they can afford the advertising, corporate lawyers, new belts and other decorations to rebrand

To their credit they seem to actually be going for a very slow, pairing down overall which has made the show less overtly annoying. Loosening the contract stuff will help as well as moving to Canada.
The biggest problem from a production standpoint is the commentary team. Getting good commentary is a problem across the board (WWE included/especially) so I'm not too surprised they suck so bad at it, but if they could get a good commentary team it would help the product a lot.

We're just now getting used to the thread title "Impact Monkey Washes a Cat" and you want to rebrand?

Doesn't matter what you call it. It's still the same product deep in the hole.
