We've heard a lot that would indicate that Roman Reigns is considered to be the leader of the RAW locker room, both from The Guy himself and as indicated by some of the backstage stuff that's leaked out lately (such as Enzo getting kicked off the tour bus). Which had me wondering: who would Smackdown have as their leader backstage?

Xavier Woods.
Evidence: UpUpDownDown.
No one has ever said a bad word about him. From Paige to Brad Maddox and countless others. He's the man over there.

My vote would be for AJ. He has wrestled everywhere imaginable (WWE, TNA, ROH, WCW, NJPW, etc) and has done it at such a high level for so long.

I've heard Paige say Woods has always been firm but fair. A bit stiff at first, but once you get to know him he displays the ability to get very deep and is always someone you can count on to come through for you. He has a great sense of humor that just rubs you the right way and will have you rolling over all night long. In fact, she went so far as to say that he was the one that convinced her to come again, and she promised him that this time she wasn't going to blow it, doesn't want this to be her last shot at money, and she's ready to be thrust back into the spotlight. Also, they boned on camera.

Usos pretty much said in an interview a few years ago that the new leaders of the locker room were them, Reigns, Ambrose and Wyatt. Rollins is probably a leader too if I remember another interview but I can't be sure. Either way there's multiple leaders.

And for Wyatt to be considered a leader despite getting some of THE worst booking of the last five years means that he's doing something right by his peers.

I choose to believe, that since 205 Live tapes with Smackdown Live, Drew Gulak is the locker room leader of both groups.
That’s Drew Gulak, for a better WWE Locker Room.

I mean for all the crap we give Wyatt he guy's main evented WM against Cena, Taker and Orton, won the world title, had a single's HIAC match and the guy's constantly doing something. Yeah his booking is bad but the guy's got some notches in his belt even though he's mostly lost.

Orton could be the leader if he wasn't a moron in real life as evidence in some of his views and tweets from early on the year.
It's probably Bryan.

Probably Orton.
If not him, it wouldn't surprise me if it was Kofi.

This beats the days of bullies like Benoit and JBL in the locker room and Wrestlers court featuring Undertaker.
The more I hear about that era, the better I can understand why a guy like Hassan never wants to come back.

Is a "locker room leader" the guy who tells people when they're f***ing up and keeps people in line? I'd say Orton via seniority. He probably wouldn't hesitate to put someone in their place either.
AJ is probably more of a leader by example in terms of how to conduct yourself.
