I have nothing to do today. Find myself watching this on Destination America. I’m not sure how he got back from Mars, but god do I love these kind of shows.

I can't stand fuzzy, conspiratorial thinking and these types of shows just normalize it.

The crazier the better. I love watching 5 drunk hillbillies with an arsenal go off into the mountains, shooting at shadows and saying shit like "We got bigfoot in a livetrap but he channeled himself into the elemental plane and escaped!"

River Monsters is better, because that guy actually finds them.

I believe Bigfoot exists. But how they go about searching for it just makes me shake my head. Making all kinds of noises, shooting at shadows(as a poster just mentioned), imitating their vocalizations, and always turn up nothing. I think if they just learned how to be quiet and not be stupid about it they'd actually find something.

Before I die, I'd love for their to be concrete evidence of Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, UFOs and all things generally unexplained. I dbelieve in this sort of thing, so it'd be good to see definitive proof.

Eddie Murphy's dad already solved the mystery of Bigfoot.

Why are they running around in the woods? Try your local monster truck arena for real results.

These shows are faker than Bigfoot himself. The people on them are clearly just playing characters and don't even believe their own lunacy. I think it's far more telling that people actual watch these shows like anything will ever happen on them.

I think it's far more telling that people actual watch these shows like anything will ever happen on them. From the Finding Bigfoot Wikipedia page: It's had 9 seasons and 90 episodes (and counting) with exactly zero evidence of the existence of Bigfoot. How is it still a ratings draw?

That is the only answer.

There's something definitely out there and far too many credible sightings to simply dismiss. But the shows are nothing more than ratings grab with nothing to show for it sadly.
