As in, he has made me invested in the product if I know that he will be involved. I'd go out of my way to attend an indy show that had Pete Dunn on it (something I've only ever done once before for Raven when he made a rare UK appearance). Everything about him is fantastic, I love his face and his stupid fur coat and his ridiculous haircut. He carries himself as such a dickhead I'd actually be a bit worried to approach him in real life.
Are there any wrestlers like this for you? Guys you think are wonderful.

I just wish I never saw that pic of him in a turtleneck and loafers with no socks. That really killed kayfabe for me when it comes to Pete Dunn.

I was also half joking, I still like Dunn.👍

Dunne is a fantastic wrestler, especially at his age. Plus, for a heel, he has a great punchable face.

His trilogy with Tyler Bate this year is legitimately the best series of matches the WWE has had in such a long time. For me it's up there with the Okada/Omega trilogy.
He's a fantastic wrestler with an incredible understanding of the craft.

At Progress shows earlier this year, when he was fulldog heel, he had me legitimately wanting to take a swing at him. I've never seen a more natural heel. What a twat.

Dunne absolutely gets being a heel, he should be on TV every week. The Takeover match in Chicago is one of the greatest matches I have ever seen and I'm really stoked that he had such an amazing year. His face is also ridiculously punchable.

I'd love to see him feud with John Cena. He's young enough for them to do an angle where Pete was one of those kids who loved Cena who turned into a teenager/young adult who hated him.

I have been like that with Rusev for years now. But yeah, Pete Dunne's pretty fantastic.

I'll be honest, I absolutely do not get the Dunne love whatsoever. I think he's terrible.
BUT seeing how much people love him is exciting because it means fans are getting into the product and anything he does will have great heat/reactions, and that can only be a really positive thing.
Not everybody is going to be fans of the same guys, but guys being over is always a great thing.

I'd have Pete as the ironman in the Rumble. Start from #2, and be in the final four.

Dunne absolutely gets being an asshole heel. He gets the little things down, like after him and Bate had that absolute war this week on NXT and after he won, he just looks down and shrugs nonchalantly.

I understand why people like the kind of persona he projects, but he's just not for me (I can't get into the "grumpy, surly, schoolyard bully as an adult" type of character).

I'm like that with the homie Rusev. I'm happy whenever he's doing well and if he ever wins the world title, that'll be my favorite wrestling moment since Eddie won it in 2004.
Pete Dunne is nice tho. He's got a great presence and that's something a LOT of these younger guys struggle with.
