Just found out My new job underpaid Me today and cant send the money till the start of January. I really needed that money seeing as its christmas soon and I've been really struggling with funds this year. They havnt sent Me any of the 2 payslips they were meant to and still havnt told Me how many hours Im meant to be on one of My sites. Im not sure what to do and was wondering for any advice because Im not sure I wanna continue working for this company after such a scumbag move and I've heard them under paying employees isnt rare in the company.

I've been underpaid by a company and it ended up being an honest mistake, they left a day off on my hours and they were already in the process of fixing it.
Since you're "new" there, I'd either bring it up with HR or your direct boss/supervisor (which, if they have no say, they SHOULD tell you who does and how to contact them). And when you do, be professional, but be direct too. If you have any way of proving you worked the hours and the pay doesn't reflect that (which might be difficult w/o paystubs, to be honest...I hate to play the conspiracy card but that seems quite beneficial to them that they are seeming to snub you AND have no paystubs which makes calling them out more difficult), bring it to whomever you need to speak to. But, even if you are convinced you're being intentionally screwed with, don't go into the conversation giving off the impression that you think you're being screwed with. Especially since you're newer there, it'll leave nothing but a bad impression if you make it look like you think you're being f'd with.
Some jobs will leave paystubs online, you might wanna see if that's the deal here. My company kindof sweeps that part under the rug until someone asks. We'll even have high school kids or college kids who don't know what a paystub is and they'll say something right in the middle of the shift about "It'd be nice if there was some way you can see the hours you've worked or how much in taxes they take out..." and then I gotta educate them on paystubs and where to find them, and that they'll need them at the end of the year for taxes.

It sucks but it’s hopefully just an honest mistake. Don’t let it happen too often though.

Just found out My new job underpaid Me today... If they haven't corrected it after speaking with both your manager and HR, I'd personally be speaking to a lawyer about filing a case with the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and looking for a "new" new job. Why your coworkers haven't already filed cases against your employer if this isn't an uncommon occurrence is beyond me.

Are you fairly new? Most companies have a payroll cut-off two weeks before payday and if you join after that cut-off, you don't get paid that month but back dated pay the next month.
