Even as a kid I knew that movie sucked. Too bad since the VHS cover was cool as hell

I still don't get El Rey. This is some bullshit.
I've been watching a bunch of Godzilla lately, I love the Heisei stuff so much.

When I had Direct TV just to get the channel you had to have the highest package which is crazy And that is the biggest gripe with this network is that they are packaged with other spanish channels in a bundle or amongst the highest tier of cable tiers. It sucks because alot of what they show has easy mass appeal and alot of people want to watch things like the Kaiju marathon and LU but they get screwed not being amongst the basic cable bundles.

Hey, I like Godzilla's Revenge. Maybe its cause I always had to walk home after school as a little kid and I came home to an empty house that I would then eat a sandwich in - just like the movie!!! *makes strange noise that doesn't sound like Minya or screeching car tires at all*

You can sorta get away with playing the oldest series ones in an order, so I don't really blame them for that... Although the 80s/90s ones actually should be in order, although if it's like their other marathons, I don't believe they have the rights to Godzilla Returns/1985 - my favorite one!!! - so they kinda boned following the whole series there from the get go. And the millennium series are all the same movie made over and over again so those probably don't matter either (lol). It's that Saladian Agent!!!! Biollante!!! Love Godzilla vs. Biollante too, the one on right now, even though the music is wildly inappropriate at times.

Can't wait for my favourites Although Godzilla Vs Mehchagodzilla 2002 is a fun time even if the bones of old Godzilla being used is a tad of the wackier side of plots in a Godzilla movie.

Hmmmm.... *scratches chin* I do wonder how, if I actually sat down and thought about it, I would rank all the various Godzilla movies in total...My favorite is Godzilla Returns(1985)... and my least favorite is probably Godzilla (1998) or maybe even Godzilla 2000.

The continuity is crazy in the Millennium series

The continuity is crazy in the Millennium series That's because there is none. With the exception of Tokyo SOS (which is a direct sequel to Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla) every single entry in this period is a hard reboot, dispensing with everything before it except the original '54 film. There are at least 13 different confirmed continuities just in the films, not including the comic and 'toon versions having at least half a dozen more.

Not to mention some of the handwavey stuff like, "So Anguirus is just alive again now?" from the Showa era.
