So we all know the stereotypical Goose(which I have never seen for sale ever) Ham, or, if you are Jewish-American, Chinese food are the usual meals for a Christmas Dinner. I am just wondering what everybody else out there in FANland is making or having this day.
Personally for my family, due to popular request, I am making Shrimp and Grits. Sounds weird for a festive dinner, but to each their own. I am glad they like it.

Nothing's wrong with that. I have had a few Dennys Christmas Moon over My Hammies back in the day.

Baby back ribs and sweet potato pie are our centerpieces this year, along with green beans, macaroni and rolls.

Hmm, there were no Christmas Eve leftovers and I have nothing set up in my apartment. I'm gonna have to find someplace open near me.

We don’t have IHOP in Canada (except a really crappy one in Niagara Falls that may or may not have closed) so you have no idea how much I’d love that tonight.

Because of the snow, I had my family Christmas dinner yesterday. Ham, rolls, mashed potatoes, corn, sweet potatoes, and various cookies for after.

Oh yes. Prime Rib at my Uncle and Aunt's house today. We come from a family of cooks and eaters so there is always a lot of food being made.

Making roasted turkey breast and thighs, stuffing and garlic green beans. It is our first Christmas being married but my husband works today so we couldn't go to family so I'm making stuff for when he gets off of work.

Cinnamon waffles for breakfast. Take a tube of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls and cook them in a waffle iron instead of the oven. Use the icing in place of syrup. Delicious.
We are going to Norm's (a local restaurant) for dinner

We are going to Norm's (a local restaurant) for dinner I am so stealing that waffle idea. Home made tamales, Spanish rice, and beans last night. Grilled burgers and hotdogs tonight.
