What do you like to make that keeps at room temperature?

I work at different places and Sometimes I don’t have access to a microwave or fridge.

After some peanut butter sandwiches, some salads, maybe some hard boiled eggs, a spam rice ball, sushi I had in the fridge that tastes better after being out of the fridge for a few hours, maybe some rice bowls (if it’s not a hot or humid day), I’m kind of running out of ideas.

Do you have freezer packs? That might help you with what you take. I sometimes like to take jerky with crackers and fruit like apples if I'm in the mood for something lite.

For about a year the fridge at my old job was broke. So I took to bringing a cooler with me and put those freezer packs into it. Mostly cause wintertime my lunch was always 2 roast beef sandwiches with horseradish on it.
