If there was a serious federal government there's no way this whole Fox deal would even be allowed anyway. That would give Disney about 1/3 of the film market in addition to the TV franchises it also brings. I don't think a Warner or DC deal would even be allowed. If that happened it is basically Universal keeping the world from an outright entertainment monopoly. If the deal goes through, Disney will hold a 39% share of the market. I would be shocked if another major purchase happens following that. Looking at the other market shares - Warner Bros (17%), Universal (12.5%), Sony (8%), and Paramount (7.5%) - I simply see no way of it happening without some kind of federal investigation. I could see Disney make smaller deals, for franchise rights or small production studios, but I believe we'd be more likely to see something like a Sony/WB merger than Disney being allowed to buy up another of the Big Six.

On the business side of things, two items are predicted:
1. Hasbro or Mattel: Believe it or not, Disney is actually not the best at selling licensed goods at retail. They have previously ran into issues with mass-producing toys/gifts, and their Disney Stores in general. After falling a few percentage points every year since 2005, it would make sense to purchase a big-name manufacturer for the ease and guidance of their team. More of an add-on to Disney, with their licenses and media rights thrown in as a perk.
2. Hulu Buyout: If the Fox deal is finalized, Disney would own 60% of Hulu. This controlling interest would cause issues with NBCUniversal (30% owner of Hulu) and silent partner Time Warner (10% owner of Hulu). Comcast (Universal's proper owners) must be silent about this set-up until September 2018. At that time, they can discuss forcing Disney to sell (via government intervention), license their current output to Disney for a price and scram or (the popular belief) ask Disney to buy out their 30%. This would allow Disney to basically make Hulu into their streaming app (with an automatic 12-15 million subscribers), while also freeing Comcast of any debt associated with Hulu (which is growing yearly).

once the majority of the songs revert back to Sir. Paul, Disney will drive trucks and trucks of cash to try and buy the beatles stuff from him and ringo. make a new yellow submarine type animated films with cartoon beatles, have a beatle land in disney, have some of the barbershop groups be Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band...it goes on.

Realistic answer: The remaining Marvel character film rights from Universal, they're playing nice with Sony, but they want to be able to make a Hulk solo movie at some point, as well as She Hulk.
