Kofi Kingston's Royal Rumble saves have gone from a yearly custom to an annual tradition. That means we'll likely get something later this month, but let's reflect on everything that's happened so far.
Which is Kofi's best Royal Rumble save?

It's somehow amazing and impressive in the most depressing way possible that the WWE has managed to make a yearly tradition out of Kofi doing something awesome to save himself at the Rumble, but they have managed to create absolutely zero tension or drama around the idea that he might actually finally WIN the damn thing.

The handwalk was the first and best.
Though I liked the continuity of the railing jump because the year before he'd tried for it but decided he couldn't. It was like Kofi had spent a year practicing that sort of jump JUST IN CASE he needed it for the Rumble!

The handwalk was astounding, it's goddamn iconic.
But I remember going "HOLY SHIT!" to the railing jump because of how far the gap was.

Good thread idea.
I enjoyed them all, but that hand walk was absolutely incredible.

I don't know that I could ever buy Kofi winning it. Big E? You bet. Kofi? I don't think so.

I could buy a Kofi push because there was years of him being an upper mid carder before AND they've spent a decade establishing he has a finisher that can put *anyone* down if he hits it right. Whereas Big E and Xavier's biggest push has been as Kofi's pals (and he's the one who gets into the Rumble or MITB type matches when it's just one of them).

I could especially buy a Kofi win when they play up the fact that if one New Day member holds a title, all 3 of them defend it Freebird Style (this is what Xavier's storyline is in the US tourney).
If Kofi wins the title, I'd mark to see Big E defending it successfully. Or hell they could even do an open WWE Title match where the challenger has no idea which New Day member will be defending up until the bell rings.
