New year, new thread and it is all about the eating and cooking.
What gadgets and gizmos do you have that make cooking easier or more fun that you could never do without?
The Breville toaster we have for making a variety of hot sandwiches is my default choice for this, simply crush and savour the flavour.
What do you like to make from scratch that goes down a treat? Pasta sauces are my go to alongside home made burgers.
How about you kitchen dwellers?

I don't have it yet, but I've been seeing a commercial for a thing that makes boiled eggs without the shell. If it actually works like it's supposed to, that's awesome as f***.

I have an air fryer, a toaster oven that also has rotisserie and broiler options, an electric griddle that has changeable plates to grill, a combo food processor/blender, and an old school grinder I inherited from my grandmother that is pure steel and has so much torque you’d swear it could take an arm off. I’m also very fond of my Vincent Price cookbooks, as well as one written by the food stylist who produced for the show Hannibal.

I'm just hoping to have a stove in my house sometime this year. Hot drink really gets me going for real, so my brother's hot water makers is my favorite kitchen gizmo. I'm also hype because I'm taking my brother to a dope burger spot on the 20th.

I got a real old grinder, sounds like the one someone already mentioned. But it only gets used maybe once a year. Most of the time I only eat breakfast at home. With that mostly being cereal or a pack of snack crackers. Somewhere's I gotta Foreman grill that never gets used since we have two nice grills on the back porch.

Mine is electric, and I wanted it mainly because I remember her always making relishes with it for holidays.

I am guessing it is from 69 or 70.

Got my wife one of those instapots for Christmas. She's used it twice so far works good. Bunch of stuff you can do with it just haven't had time to really try it out yet.

We got an instant pot recently and I love it. Cooks rice and beans a lot quicker and easier than the stove.

random tip: If you have veggies and/or meats and/or rice and/or noodles in any nearly any combination and a hot pan; never underestimate the power of Soy Sauce and Butter together. You can simply stirfry tons of things together with only those two ingredients as seasoning and it's good.
You might get a "funky" smell from time to time, but it's a great flavor.
