Is it being said it inappropriate to see an attractive woman at the mall or at school and ask her out? I ask because that's what has been referenced that Will did in this thread. The yo baby yo baby stuff was a product of its time and came off a little corny even then, but seriously, it's now considered inappropriate to approach a stranger, introduce yourself and ask for her phone number? In 2018, the fresh prince would clear his throat, avert his eyes and discreetly shuffle a contract of consent over to a fellow female human being he wanted to develop a healthy relationship with over an undecided length of time. Way less creepy. And he'd have had Jazz get certified as a Notary so that the contract could be notarized on the spot.

Not really? It's only harassment if you continue to badger the person after they tell you to leave them alone. Or if you're just like cat-calling them. There are ways to start conversations with people besides using "Hey nice tits!" as an opener. Note to self: Get a new opener

Wanna look over this contract and make sure I avoid any ramifications and what-not??"

people say that but no it probably could get made today... mostly. The people that use the N-word in the movie are all either blatantly the villains or well... and are unequivocally proven to be in the wrong, and for the second group they stop using it after realizing that Bart is doing a damned good job as the Sheriff. The fact that the screenplay was at least partially written by Richard Pryor also helps. as for the mostly part... the Dom DeLuise section would have to be altered if made today, as well as Mel Brooks as the Indian Chief would probably be cut as well. Also, Django Unchained came out only a few years ago and it used the N-Word far more often and seriously than Blazing Saddles did.

The way Joey,Jesse and Danny talk towards Kimmy Gibbler on Full House. It's one thing for Stephanie to clown her cause she is a little kid and younger then Kimmy,it seems almost like bullying the way the adults on Full House treat her.

I happened upon a SNL short from about 10 years ago or so about "The Japanese Office" -- Gervais introducing a short featuring "the actual inspiration of The Office" - featuring Carell, Hader as Dwight, Wiig as Pam and Sudekis as Jim.
I was almost certain it'd be bad accents, squinting and awful stereotypes out the ass, but it was them all speaking Japanese (or something convincingly similar) and trying to keep it light and unoffensive.
In the end - light, unoffensive, kinda funny I guess and nothing much else.

Makes me wonder if the Japanese Game Show sketch with Chris Farley would be considered offensive (even though it wasnt really making fun of Japan, just their over-the-top game shows). How about MASH? The first season (as well as the movie, and before that, the book) had a black character named Spearchucker Jones. They say he got that name as he was a champion Javelin thrower, but it's still kind of cringy.
