Neither will I. Because again, it happens everywhere, if some people choose to believe Philly is any worse than any other fanbase, then they can choose to believe that fantasy and hold it against them. We're champions. That's all that matters. No one is taking that from us with their attitudes. Funny story, When the Saints last won the super bowl, a local beer store owner marked ALL alcohol down by 50%. Dad called me and told to go and stock up. Stock up I did. I expect nothing less from you bud

Meanwhile Europe's watching what's going down with the Philly celebration/riot, and thinking "Amateurs." Yeah, that's a very good point.

Didn't watch. Just saw the result.
Eh, it's not something I wanted either way...but I'm glad Foles got a ring. I like the guy and thought he was going to be huge a few years ago, but unfortunately it didn't happen. I'm glad he's gotten a second chance and he proved it tonight.

This is why I actually prefer the NFL over the NBA these days. At least the NFL actually has different results from time to time. While I wanted Brady to win his sixth and I am sure he will at some point, the fact that a team, who has never won a Super Bowl before and actually succeeded in winning it all. That to me means a lot more than seeing the same team like the Warriors make it to the Finals or win the championship.
Can you imagine how much money you would've won if you bet on the Eagles?
I also wanted to point out that no one gave the Eagles a chance. As someone who is a New England fan I refrained from talking trash because Philly literally had nothing to lose. All the coverage was about New England, singing Brady praises, talking about how Philly didn't stand a chance and inexperience would be a factor, and I knew they would literally come out and let it all fly. They had nothing to lose and that's why I can't be mad at them winning. They earned this victory and I am happy to see them win their first championship too.
Now hopefully this can shut up the ones who kept saying the NFL is rigged for the Patriots.

Not a fan of rioting. Neither of the professional teams I root for (Nationals and Chargers) have ever won a championship, but no amount of wait or frustration would ever cause me to go out and riot if they did. Especially not in a location that I had to live in.

So has Philly been burnt down to ground yet? Nope and it'll be fine by morning, just like every other single riot celebration after winning a sports championship city.

So, anyonne following College football enough to have anyone marked out for who the Browns are picking this year? Knowing the Browns, Trae Young, or an orc. Maybe a wizard. Maybe a pint of beer. They might choose a box or a handfull of "magic beans".

The catch rule blowing up in New England’s face on the Ertz/Clements touchdowns: karma.
After New England had benefitted from that call time after time this season, what goes around comes around.
They lived by the sword (Jets/Steelers/Bills) and how they died by the sword.

I hope what is going on in Philly doesn't spread like it did from Chicago in 92 when the Bundy siblings threw a house party and Anrhrax showed up...

The Anthrax thing was a “My Dinner With Anthrax” contest they won and a snowstorm hitting Chicago actually meant they couldn’t invite more people. The house party that spread was a few years later (when Al went to Washington to try and lobby for Psycho Dad): www.albundy.net/marriedaniac/ate/script/0914t.htmlDifferent episodes.

Good game. Close game. Glad the Eagles won. Got tired of the Patriots winning everything. Much like I got tired of the Cowboys back in the 90s always winning too.

So first congrats to the Eagles, I had no horse in this game but I'll happily take them over the John Cena Pats any day.
A few things concerned me after reading the results and seeing clips;
1: The story of the game wasn't can the pats continue their dynasty or Can The Eagles upset them it was 'Will the refs f*** over the Eagles?' and there is something very wrong with that.
2: of the two questionable TD's only the first was slightly ambiguous, The multiple replays and delays on the second were unneeded.
3: Maybe I was hearing it wrong, but I swear the announcers sounded downright depressed when the Eagles won and were seemingly trying to undermine every TD the Eagles made.

This doesn't help @jemelehill To all my Philly fans: Let no parking meter or pole be safe tonight. Most of us were wrong. Idiot Yes let's tell the people to destroy the city Is this tweet any surprise, coming from this delusional, idiotic racist?

Seeing these pics of idiots rioting makes me all the more proud to be a Spurs fan - a fan base who KNOWS how to celebrate without the need to destroy other people's stuff

I NEVER want to hear anything bad about the Patriots fanbase after tonight. Because they at least would have not acted like this. Every Fanbase acts this way when their team wins the big one, especially when it's their first big one. People blow this shit WAY out of proportion and I'm more sick of it than anything else. Stop lumping an entire fanbase with some idiots, it's tiring to see it here and everywhere else, acting all high and mighty like "WELL WE WOULDN'T DO THIS", yes you would, every effing fanbase does, you wouldn't personally just like I wouldn't personally, but every fanbase has THIS, it's not special. Not Spurs fans. We drive down the street and honk like crazy, and actually CELEBRATE
