Surprising but then again it isn’t. Viewers been down all year Yeah, it's not like I'm saying the Patriots vs Eagles are ratings poison, it's merely the league had such a high over the last few years that a decline was coming and this year was the complete decline I always believed that ratings have been going down because people like to watch via online/mobile streaming instead of watching it on TV. I'm sure if those kind of numbers were included, the viewer count would be much higher.

Unless he missed that shit until 8 in the morning than that still isn't a reason why to have him sit out the whole game Bill is just making this whole thing confusing when it doesn't have to be. If he violated team rules and this was discipline than just say so

If he violated team rules and this was discipline than just say so Well, it does make some sense in that Bill has always been considered a tyrant and he will punish you harshly if you make the smallest mistake. Not saying it is right, but it fits in with Bill's M.O.

It does but what’s confusing is he keeps saying that he put the best guys on the field when he clearly didn’t Butler played 98% of the snaps this season so saying you put the best players on the field is false. I understand Pats run a tight ship and don’t release their dirty laundry but everything about this is off

Yea, which is why people aren’t pressing the issue because they won’t get nothing out of him. Former players of the Pats are speaking out against what happened but Butler will be gone and Pats will lose a corner at the end of the day

I posted this on Facebook, but I figured I'd say it here as well:
While I may not be a fan of most Eagles fans' antics, I must say that I am happy for the Eagles QB, Nick Foles.
Drafted in the 3rd round in 2012, played a few games his rookie season, started playing pretty good until breaking his collarbone in 2014. Then the Eagles traded him to the Rams for Sam Bradford for some unclear reason, and he struggled there (although now seeing Jared Goff, I think we can safely say that Jeff Fisher was the issue there). So then he's released there, and goes to the Chiefs, plays a couple games in relief of the hurt Alex Smith, but they decide not to bring him back.
Contemplating retirement, the Eagles ask him back to back up Carson Wentz. After Wentz goes down, he comes in for relief, and nobody gave them a chance.
But yet, he beats the Falcons in the Divisional Playoffs, beats the Vikings in the Conference Championship, and beats the Evil Empire known as the Patriots in the Super Bowl while earning MVP honors, while being the underdog the entire time. So good on you, Nick Foles. You are Rocky Balboa.

To be fair, he didn't have the best experience with the Rams

Yeah, it's not like I'm saying the Patriots vs Eagles are ratings poison, it's merely the league had such a high over the last few years that a decline was coming and this year was the complete decline I always believed that ratings have been going down because people like to watch via online/mobile streaming instead of watching it on TV. I'm sure if those kind of numbers were included, the viewer count would be much higher. Nielsen ratings have been gradually becoming more and more obsolete as they don't really reflect a lot of ways people watch things anymore, especially younger generations that watch things on their phones, tablets, DVR, streaming services, etc. I mean, it's still a monstrous rating besides. Not as good as previous years, but still massive.

And now Malcolm Butler is refuting those claims as to why he was benched

Just got done watching the parade, and all I'm saying is that this was watching Rocky beat Creed, Dreamer pinning Raven, and Bryan at WM30 all rolled into one, on a completely citywide scale.
@jrofdoom on instagram if anyone would like to see some parade stuff.

Last year's SB parade gave us the 'No Days Off' line by Hoodie.
This year's SB parade gave us Kelce.
The gap between this year's SB parade memorable moment and last year's is the size of the Grand Canyon.
Not even close.

By the Eagles' critics? A ton. Sometimes it's tough to separate criticism of the team from criticism of the fanbase (which honestly, is kind of a shame).

I love the Kelce promo, especially in that it turned into him flaming his teammates. "Lane Johnson can't lay off the juice. Brandon Brooks has anxiety. Brandon Graham's breath always smells like ass. Nick Foles has a small penis. But we did it!!!"
