The only source I have is Schwarzenegger's biography, but he claims Clint Eastwood was notoriously cheap and just kept wardrobe from his films to wear day to day. This isn't terribly uncommon. A ton of actors have it written into their contracts that they can keep their wardrobe after filming (or at least have their pick). Kevin Smith once shared a story of how Shannon Doherty got pissed off because because she hated most of the things her character in Mallrats wore, so didn't keep any of it. IIRC, Morena Baccarin kept a couple of the dresses she wore in Firefly and Nathan Fillion kept at least one of the coats he wore. The weird part is that the movie wardrobe is all he would wear day to day. He didn't own another set of clothes.

What's even weirder about that is that he grew up in a fairly moneyed Californan family, even during the formative years of the Great Depression. You really have to wonder where these things come from in his background. Didn't know that. Interesting fact, thanks.

The Dude's entire wardrobe was actually Bridges' own clothes that he brought to set, with the exception of one of the t-shirts, which belonged to Beau Bridges. He still owns and wears the cardigan and jelly sandals to this day.

Yeah, it depends on the production, obviously, and probably also on if it can or will be re-used or re-purposed. Like, one random one I remember was that Bella Thorne was budgeted a certain amount for her wardrobe in that Amityville movie she was in, while weirdly, her contract stipulated that she would not be reimbursed for underwear purchased for the role. Which is especially an odd thing to stipulate considering she DOES have an underwear scene in the film, so no idea what the heck that was about. I mean, it makes sense to keep the wardrobe. Most of it is tailored to the actors, and likely isn't going to be used again on another shoot, so unless it's going to be used in a museum or something, the actors should be able to keep it if the production lets them.

Michael Jackson was obsessed with Peter Pan imagery. Gee, I wonder why.

The Fact that Michael Jackson and Nicholas Cage both married the same Lady always tripped me out. Now, you never saw Michael Jackson and Nicolas Cage in the same place, at the same time, did you? Hmmm.... After his financial problems became public knowledge Nicholas Cage killed of his "Michael Jackson" persona in 2009 so he could focus on doing films to pay off his debts. That "Michael Jackson"'s records suddenly saw new sales heights certainly helped matters too.

One of my childhood crushes, Lucy Lawless, is apparently super into legal proceedings. To the point where when she’s on vacation she’ll actually go to courts and Watch trials being performed from the gallery.
